If you look up the fine print of Terms of Service, it's there. They do allow you to cancel and request a refund and the e-mail was delivered promptly. Let's see if it shows up!
My point being, the company is all about telling you what all their benefits and savings are but don't tell you there is a monthly membship fee. Very deceptive, in my opinion.
