I called reservationrewards 800 #. They could not find us anywhere in their database, said we have to call Amex and get them to fix it. ON THE SAME BILL we got over $450 in fraudulent charges buying pizza in Utah --- we are in Texas. So now we have to cancel the card altogether. We are considering cancelling all credit cards. You are right, (another submission) it does severely damage consumer confidence.
