we receive a telephone call on July 13, 2011 this girl said hi this is Kim and I would like to have your rci extra bonsus points rented for you and give you a check for $1800. to $2400 a week you have 6 weeks to rent. I just need a credit card to get this started. we were very anxious to rent or sell and we took the offered they sounded so ligitmate. I told the girl I didn't have a credit card but i had one that had not been activated she said OH THATS OK. and she took my card and about a month later I received a bill for $599.00 i called my company and told them what had happened and they would not take off the charges. I ended up having to pay them charges and I later called the resortstranfer, and they said i will let you talk to the owner. I told him I wanted my money back that was illegal for them to charge a card that had not been activated, the credit card company sent me another card and the charges was on the new card, it was not activated either. I talked to Michael Fredrick and he said he would make a deal he would send me half of money money back and if they didn't rent my weeks heee would return the rest of my money which is $300.00 I would like to have my money back and I would like to stop this from happening to anyone else.i have paper work everything I got from this company I also didn't sign any contract with this company. they did and illegal thing when they charged my card without prior authorization. I just want my money back and forget all of this mess. this was 2011
