Resource Property Management RPM Ripped us off, Broke our lease, when we tried to contact them about moving out they evicted us, we were served with papers and because we couldnt get off work to go they won and now we have an eviction on our credit. Plano Texas

Resource Property Management was a problem from the very beginning the day we moved in we found red tags all over the house which means the house wasnt up to code. The following Monday a man from the city of Mesquite who was the code inspector knocked on the door and asked who we were when we told him we just moved in the previouse Friday he tells us that we wasnt supposed to even be living there because the house wasnt up to code but he let us stay because we were already completely moved in but we werent able to get the water turned on until the house up to code it took five attempts of inpections until RPM finally complied with the City of Mesquite Codes.

For the first 6 months everything was great they were on top of everything but the last 6 months we couldnt get anything fixed in the house no answer from RPM until one day they finally answered us when we put in a work order for them to fix the pool and get it ready for Summer Time which was their responsiblility because it was in our contract they came back and said that they were filling in the pool not fair to us considering that the pool was the whole reason we rented the house.

 Ontop of all of that when we would call the office we wouldnt be able to speak to a live person it was all automated what a load of crock . Nobody should rent any property from Resource Property Management they are rude when you do get to talk to some one Especially Jerry Ryan,  they dont respond quickly at all when you put in a work order request, rent is a ripoff.
