Dear Mr. Carr

This letter is to inform you that as of the January 20, 2006 you have 30 days to complete all work that was agreed and entered upon by RSC, and Lilian Medina. After this date, you will be found in breach of contract and will be required to terminate all business dealings with Lilian Medina.

You will also be required to provide copies of all documents, invoices, etc, in relation to the above projects. Your cooperation will help in the process of determining actual labor, and material costs. It is in our opinion that since no contact has been made with Lilian , that you have abandoned these projects for reasons unknown.

The only recourse it appears is to begin litigation which will have adverse effects in all your future business dealings. We also want to inform you of our intent to seek legal counsel.

Enclosed you will find copies of your obligations to both these projects and copies of monies paid to you in advance and good faith. Per our conversation, scheduled completion of Lil's Deli was slated for July 4, 2005. I am now convinced that this project is being delayed indefinitely.

You will also find an amendment to your original written order in which you state an additional completion date ,complete with penalties, which was also not abided to. You have not shown evidence or cause to justify your abandonment to the above project. For this project you have received payments amounting to 19,000 USD (see copies) for which Lilian has nothing to show for.

We also enclose copies of payments made to you for another project which we approached you about in mid June 2005. This project involved hiring you to remodel our house which you readily agreed to. You gave us plans(enclosed) and assured us a completion date of 9-1-2005. Payments for this project amount to 11,000 USD.

You once again began delays and eventually called and said you would return some of the money you had received. We were forced to acquire temporary living quarters and repay new personnel to complete the work you abandoned. Once again, you gave no reason or cause in writing to justify your actions.

We find that you have not met your obligation and therefore seek to end all business dealings with you and your company, RSC. It is in your best interests to call us and we can determine what best is the course of action to take. Numerous calls have been made by Lilian and myself and no attempt has been made on your behalf to contact us.

It is now a New Year and we seek to not carry this project any further in your hands. A total amount of 29,000 USD have been paid to you and we will determine in court, if necessary, what monies are own to us. Mr. Carr we once again ask you to remain professional and complete the obligations which you were hired to do, not doing so will exacerbate the situation even more.
