results now llc and A2Z field services will not and do not pay thier workers. I worked for this company rusults not for 2 months . Upon asking about a paycheck I got no responce . After 3 weeks of asking without an answer i quit doing any work .. it has been over a month of trying to contact victoria "said owner" she will not even return a phone call or email. I am owed thousands of dollars from this company.
I spent 5 days calling Victoria after finally getting her phone number here is her respnce

Attached you will find an entire breakdown of all payments Results Now has received, and will receive in the future for jobs you have completed. Score cards and complete invoices total a balance of $588.00. I will be issuing a check for that amount on 3/12 and send the payment to the following address:6197 Highway 319 W Austin, AR 72007Effective immediately, all communication will cease between Results Now, LLC and anyone from your company. Any further communication will result in legal dispute at your cost. Below is the final communication I should see from your company. This is a very unprofessional approach to contacting me, or anyone within this company. The voicemails that were also received this morning were not necessary.

I have worked for A2Z for 5 years and have never had a problem..The pay scale is listed and pays on a six week bases..I am totally confused why this person would attack this company..I will assume that he did not do his work correctly and was told to return to the property to complete his work orders and refused..I average 20,000 a year from them and have never had a problem that could not be resolved..I still work for them and would say they are a top 5 company to work for..

I was a sub contractor for A2Z Field Services for about one and a half years. A2Z Field Services is managed for the long run. They will be in business indefinitely, they play by the rules. They absolutely pay the contractors. I just wanted to let that be known. To the person making the initial complaint, please remember that you had no relationship with the primary contractor (A2Z). You only have a grievance with the company you worked for. The primary contractor has no obligation to you and it is likely that they paid the sub contractor you worked for. Rather than attempt to tarnish the primary contractor's reputation you should have played it cool and applied to work for them because once the sub contractor breaches the agreement you had (if any) the non compete (if any) is null and void. Just sayin.

I'm not doing business with either party here, but I have been contacted by a2z to do work for them. One thing that makes me wonder is a2z's lack of direct contact with the various contractors posting complaints about them. In a2z's reply, she states that the reason for these guys not getting paid is that, "different clients pay at different times"....yet it states on their website that they pay, "weekly after 3 weeks"...of completed work...whether they get paid or not; no mention of "unless" they don't get paid first. Sadly, this rings of exactly how scammer reo companies operate. They offered to pay the guy a fraction of the agreed work completed, and expected them to stop demanding the rest of the 'thousands' owed the kansas folks, which it's hard to believe they only earned $588(ish) in the at least 8 weeks of doing work for them. Things just don't add up here. If it were totally untrue, why wouldn't a2z have had their lawyers contact both the contractor and this site with immediate demands to remove such reputation destroying complaints. In fact, as I checked them out, complaints was suggested by the autocomplete on google....NOT a good sign!

i am the owner of a company who has been doing work for a2z for about a year. we also do work for two other field service companies. althoutgh i do have/have had issues with the other companies, i have nothing but the best things to say about a2z. i could not be happier with my state representative. i have not received late payment once. unfortunately, rates were reduced this year but this is a result of what is being handed down, not an arbitrary rate cut i believe. it is the abismal treatment that i received from ams, combined with the same rate cuts that forced me to go back to work full-time and operate my business on a part-time basis. unfortunately, a2z does not get many trash-out's in my state. if they did get as many as ams does, i bet that i would not be working a desk job full-time. there is no "3 card monte" being played by a2z. no "pay no attention to the man behind the curtain" either. i am very appreciative of a2z, and all of the individuals at a2z who i have had the pleasure to communicate with. keep up the great work, victoria!

Thomas Coleman, along with his partner Denise Scallan, CPA, have now posted two posts under two different names on this website, as well as leaving a very lewd comment on another website. As it is not in good practice to deal with issues openly such as this, I will keep this post very limited.
Thomas Coleman started working for Results Now, LLC in mid January 2012. As stated previously, all clients pay at different times. I have already cut one check to pay off all invoices owed to him, even for the ones that my company has not been paid for yet.
By now, harassment is in full effect, and I may have to bring in local authorities to handle this situation since I am now seeing consistent phone calls coming in to all parties involved.
