Results Now LLC Victoria Knedgen Scam -Does not pay Contractors Parsons, Kansas

Company states to email, call, or send over a list of orders that you have completed in a spreadsheet of some type.  I have been doing this for a total of 6 months.  Have been very patient and polite in my emails, which have I have NEVER had a response back from.  I am owed $3500.00, and I have sent a breakdown of orders and what they pay.  I went off of the price sheet I was given, and NOT ONE of my orders were turned in late.  So being said, my work was in on time, there were no issues with my work completed, so why have I not been paid.  I am not the only one Victoria Knedgen (owner of Results Now) has done this too.  We work hard so she can pay her bills.  It's as simple as this, She is a thief and will not pay you.

Its very odd that you say that we do not send out a pricing sheet, as when you are hired on, one of the things included in your vendor packet is a client price list.  This is always the first thing we send out to potential vendors, as it is always the first thing they ask about.  Yes, some of the prices vary, but that comes directly from the client, and there are work items that are not included on the price sheet because the client does not have a set price for.  The only time we send something out late is when it comes to us late, or we have someone else who is unable to complete it, which it will then be assigned to the next closest vendor.  Generally, we call beforehand and get an estimated date of completion, and yes, we call to follow up and ensure it is being done.  I would call that pretty good business, wouldn't you?  As for "nagging" it seems that we only "nag" when work isn't completed in the time frame that it is due and/or vendors say it will be done.  We call when our clients call or email us and ask for updates.  Again, any work orders that have not been paid to you should be put into a spreadsheet and emailed to Victoria directly.  Thank you.

First off, it's hard to gauge what someone is owed because, said Owner does not send out a Pricing Sheet and sadly in this type of business, clients do pay different scales. 

As far as LATE ORDERS go, EVERY Order you will receive from Results is already LATE!!! And they will NAG you until it's done, because they are getting nagged on for not ASSIGNING Work in a Timely Manner from their Clients!!!......don't let Victoria or her cronies fool you!!!!

Victoria does not do what she says she will, and I am not the only one complaining about payment from her!!! Check is in the mail, my arse!!!

Just know, you have all been warned, stay away from Victoria Knedgen and any Company she may be assosciated with, you will be sorry!

I am Victoria, and I see reports being posted with negative comments about no payments being received.  No name reported, so I am unable to link this post to one of many contractors.  Seeing $5000 owed to anyone in Arkansas is very difficult for me to believe since Results Now, LLC has not received a full $5000.00 worth of work since December 2011. 

As far as me being difficult to get a hold of, this is true.  Most days I am out in the field working as a contractor myself.  This is why we have office personnel to contact, as well as email to be able to get a hold of me.  I may not reply right away, but that does not mean I have not read emails coming to me.

If you are someone who has not been paid, there are many factors to getting pay.  First and foremost, understand all clients we work with applies penalties for late work, or work that was not completed thoroughly by reading instructions.  Results Now, LLC also has a late penalty for work that is turned in late or wrong.  Second, each client pays at different times.  If you are new to preservation, this is difficult to follow.  All work is paid as we receive funds.  Anything different than the pay structure we have set up is a direct result to the first part of this paragraph.
