2nd is when Resurgent Capital sent a letter with so call verification of debt with no date of the debt just the amount $1189.00 and name of company First Premier. Without the date of the debt the debt is not verified. 3rd I sent certified letter to cease all communications, statue of limitation according to illinois statue of limitations Article Xlll 735 ILCS5/Limitations, Federal Fail Debt Colletion Practices Act 15.
4th Resurgent Capital then sent me a letter as if they did not read my letter at all requesting I need to send them ideentitity therft or fraudulent charge on the account. Also, stated that if I did not respond in 21 days they will continue to resume colections efforts on that account.
I then sent another certified letter again disputes of the debt n they did not send adequate verification of debt again info on statue of limitaion. I also, filed complaint with fedral trade commission and ilinois states attorney offices.This company need to be shut down for it's fraudelent ways of trying to get money from consumers for time-barred accounts, this is complet harrassment!
