My credit card statement showed $87.13 charge, $87.13 charge, and $87.13 credit (apparently after the cancellation).
I called them on 07/06/09 and asked them to credit the remaining $87.13 charge and they told me the requirement was cancelletion within 15 days from shipment. I reminded them that I had cancelled within 15 days. They told me to return the remaining capsules and they would credit the $87.13, and gave me an RMA number.
I sent the capsules by first class mail on 07/07/09. Post Office reports that package was delivered 9:42am on 07/09/09. I mailed them a letter attaching a copy of the post office notification and requested my credit card be credited for the $87.13.
Remains to be seen if they will honor their word. There was also $1.41 international tax charge on the credit card for this order. Apparently they are operating an off-shore scam.
