Unfounded Arrogance Runs Rampant at Retriever Towing. For anyone that has been towed from the Hayden Island Pull Tab Alley where the Liquor store was located read this and then inundate Retriever Towing with small claim suits. On Feb. 16, 2012 I was towed from a parking stall that had NO -(Required) by the 'Oregon Transportation Commission'  painted parking stencil depicting the Disabled Wheelchair Logo. Their Disabled Parking sign was on a wall over 9' away - Same Commission requires that it be readable from a car at the front of the parking stall on a pole. The other Handicap parking stalls in that complex are right on code. You can't explain the facts & Laws & Codes to a group of closed minded COMMISSION BASED employees. I am taking Retriever Towing to Small Claims court. This is where the pictures, codes, & witnesses will be able to teach the Predator Towing Company BKA Retriever Towing that their knowledge of the laws is lacking even though as one employee said "I've been doing this for 25 years" Hey Retriever Towing, it looks like this guy has been doing it WRONG  for 25 years. Arrogance pays a Price! I will follow up with good news & help anyone who wants to file against them!
