Placed order for basketball shoe - Jordan # 7 from Retrofeet.

I received confirmation of my order and was awaiting shipping . After several weeks and no delivery and checked on the order and could not get a response from Retrofeet, Inc. It has been over a month so I am forced to seek further action.

At this point I have attempted to log onto their website and check the status of my order and cannot access. Please help
