reviewed data. at finding out reunion.com presentation was not appropriate for me, I cancelled the order.
I received confirmation of same cancellation prior to exiting same program. I also completed the unsubscripion format for same program to prevent a repeat of mistake. 03/07/08, received billing notice that $60.00 was charged to credit card thru paypal account. attempted to correct error with telephonic resource provided in billing,the automated telephonic response was none compliant with my complaint.
notified credit card administrator, was advised this may be a fraudulant repeated billing, that I should a, cancel card. b, get a new card issued.
c, submit a notorized complaint to credit card administrator to attempt to have fraudulant billing refunded to my credit card account. reunion.com has caused unneeded confusion and stress that is not appropriate, also the excessive detailed ,time consuming, and certainly aggrivating to say the least. this is a total rip-off.
