Ripoff Report Verified On site Business Review
Revestor.com is now Ripoff Report Verified as a Safe Business Service and a member of Ripoff Reports Corporate Advocacy Business Remediation & Customer Satisfaction Program. ..A long name for a program that does a lot for both consumers and business alike.
..Ripoff Report Corporate Advocacy Business Remediation & Customer Satisfaction Program, ..A program that benefits the consumer, which assures their complete satisfaction and confidence when doing business with a member business
When a company or individual joins the Ripoff Report Corporate Advocacy Program, they must make a commitment to us in writing to "doing whatever it takes to make things right with their customers." What does that mean? It means that Ripoff Report expects that members of our CAP program will review and respond to ALL customer complaints promptly. It means that every complaint will be taken seriously and every customer will be treated fairly and with respect. It means if a customer did not receive what they expected, the company will work with that customer to fix the issue. It means that if a customer requests a refund and if there is any reasonable basis for that request, we expect the customer will be given a prompt refund (some refund requests may not be reasonable, so this does not mean a refund is guaranteed in every case). Making things right can mean lots of different things to different people, but our point is this -by working closely with the company or individual to resolve any disputes, Rip-off Report can track the footprints of customer service to ensure that our CAP members are doing everything they can to treat customers fairly and to increase their customer satisfaction.
Rip-off Report cannot ever guarantee any product or service, but we can only report what we find, in order to help you get a better understanding of the company or individual we are investigating. That having been said, the conclusion Ripoff Report came to after our investigation, to the best of our knowledge, is that this company is a reputable firm, offering products and services of real value.
ALL COMPANIES GET COMPLAINTS, BUT HOW THE COMPANY HANDLES THOSE COMPLAINTS, SEPARATES GOOD BUSINESSES FROM BAD BUSINESSES.
A program that benefits the consumer and assures them of complete satisfaction and confidence when doing business with a member business.
The information provided in this report is based on comments made by Bill Lyons during an on-site inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases toward ReVestor.com.
Revestor.com approached Ripoff Report with the sole purpose of earning peoples trust on a wider scale. They know how well respected our program is and they were eager to get involved and become a member business of an organization who has the customers best interests at heart. Revestors decision to become a Ripoff Report Verified Business shows their excellent insight into what consumers look for a reputable, third party who will verify their good business practices, which is exactly what Ripoff Reports Corporate Advocacy Program is for!
REVESTOR EXPLAINS WHO THEY ARE AND HOW THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR CLIENTS
Revestor (www.revestor.com) is a real estate marketplace that provides a new way to search real estate. While there are a lot of real estate search apps that will show you listings, Revestor takes a different approach by showing what the potential cash flow would be on a property based on the average rents in the area. Headquartered in California, Revestor now offers their website and app on a nationwide basis. Revestor addresses their clients most pressing challenges.
Revestor.com helps investors find the highest cash flow and cash-on-cash return by down payment and exit strategy in order to sharpen and enrich the entrepreneurial experience.
They strive to be the most quality-driven, client-focused firm of their type in the country - not to be the largest, but to be undeniably the best.
ReVestor.com is a new way to search real estate by the attributes the market place deems relevant for purchases. The company feels they take it a step further than traditional real estate sites by telling the customer what the cash flow could potentially be through their purchasing process by displaying what the payment could be and what the true indicators are. According to ReVestor.com, they are one of the only companies in their market that shows someone the whole picture. They are more of a multi-dimensional website as opposed to a one-dimensional website like their traditional competitors. ReVestor.com searches by cap rate and cash flow for investors. Their patent-pending algorithm shows users properties that would provide the highest return.
The companys target market is primarily residential real estate investors, which open up a broader secondary market of home buyers that are looking for more information. This information is exclusive and can only be found on ReVestor.com to help users make better buying decisions. Additionally, they target real estate agents to assist Revestor users in the buying and selling of real estate. ReVestor.com provides tools to help save users time and money which is their primary goal.
Currently, ReVestor.com is focused on building as many free users as possible through Facebook and their website. Future plans include an Android app to compliment the iOS app already in existence. The company plans to offer investor accounts that provide a more advanced searching capability at the rate of $99 per month. They plan on offering tools designed for real estate agents. Comparatively, their services are similar to Google Adwords and Facebook ads combined, as a self-service bidding system. Customers will be able to create a self-service ad and if providing results, the customer can continue to run the ad. However, if they are unhappy with the results, they will have the option of discontinuing the service.
Currently, the company is very focused on feedback and they will take all customer feedback into consideration as they develop the service to take care of the customer. ReVestor.com feels that without valuable feedback they can't improve; that even includes feedback from their own employees.
Revestor MISSION STATEMENT!
The Obligation of Our Very Existence is to Help Investors Reach Levels of Profit, Ease of Ownership and Security that Would Have Been Difficult Without Us.
When we asked a Revestor executive, How do you avoid complaints? he responded, Revestor has a red flag system which allows the client to communicate directly with someone on the management team, which bypasses your customer service representatives. This means that YOU get to work with a decision maker and any matters will be immediately resolved by the manager!
We also asked, So how do you make things right for the client? Since weve had no complaints, we havent exactly had an opportunity to right a wrong. However, in the event that something arises, where a client isnt absolutely delighted with our services, Revestor will do absolutely anything necessary to resolve the complaint or concern. This is how this company has operated in the past and how it will continue to in the future. It seems that Revestor has focused on having better methods that are geared to inform them of any minor issue prior to it becoming a serious issue.
It is also important to note that since their inception, Revestor has never had a single viable complaint, which is very unique for its industry.
WHERE THEIR COMPETITORS WENT WRONG - Setting a New Standard for Real-Estate Search Sites
Historically, this industry was soured by the bad habits of two or three very large real estate sites, which simply had no regard for quality. Its not just how those larger firms treated clients - its how they treated themselves, as well!
The business model is made up of different departments, which basically requires a handoff of a client from one department to another. For example, a telemarketer could acquire a sale, meaning that the client is handed off to an account manager, whose job it is to keep the client on board. It was commonplace for a typical salesperson to make a promise to the client simply to get the sale, saying things such as you will get so many leads with us and close more deals than you can handle," or, this is a month-to-month contract. The account manager would arrive at the client, unaware of the gray circumstances that he or she walked into, and the flabbergasted client would understandably be confused, perturbed or angry.
In a quest for revenues at all costs in order to please stockholders, competitors didnt care about the client, because theyd focus on the next client and hopefully get past the fabrications anyway. These handoffs between departments were accepted as such, and there was little to no accountability for doing so, either at the departmental or individual level. Therefore, the behavior perpetuated itself and eventually became the competitors' accepted culture, much to the detriment of the real estate professionals across the country. These behemoth real estate sites DID have good employees who truly did good work that impacted business owners in a very positive way, but the machines that churned clients in and out in the manner described quickly counterbalanced and overshadowed the practical and advantageous solutions that so many small business owners want.
REVESTOR FAR SURPASSES THEIR COMPETITORS
The difference between Revestor and the competitors is that they have a passionate focus on the cleanliness of any client handoff between departments. They complete reviews at every step about the clients experience with them and each employee with Revestor is individually scored. These scores are then published for the entire company to see. Realtors who desire the change necessary for their business to become better and get to the next level now have a competent firm to rely upon. Increasing sales, productivity tools - this is Revestors area of expertise, which is taught to and implemented in countless broker shops.
Revestor has joined Ripoff Reports Corporate Advocacy, Business Remediation & Customer Satisfaction Program to show that they are 100% committed to their clients and to assure YOU that they are a company focused on Quality first, not Quantity! A company with no complaints is very difficult to come by these days can you imagine a national real estate marketplace delivering superior results and completely committed to client satisfaction? Thats Revestor.
Revestor.com credits its exemplary reputation to truly putting clients first. Their approach isnt pushy or aggressive, and the focus isnt on selling, but rather on providing practical, usable solutions to bring small and medium-sized brokers to the next level. And taking business to the next level includes proving that they are a reliable company whose practices match their principles. This is one more reason why they are a member of Rip-off Reports Corporate Advocacy, Business Remediation & Customer Satisfaction Program. They dont just do what they can and stop there they do whatever it takes to earn your trust.
Ripoff Report is confident this is a company that is ready to serve those who need more assistance and is willing to always make things right as they always have.
Ripoff Report knows there is no company or individual that is perfect. This business has focused itself on having better methods that are geared to inform them of any issue prior to it becoming a serious issue and they are now working with Ripoff Report to ensure they remain complaint free! That is why Ripoff Report comfortably states that you can be feel completely confident and secure when doing business with revestor.com as a member. Rip-off Reports Corporate Advocacy, Business Remediation & Customer Satisfaction Program.
Revestor shows leadership by joining the Corporate Advocacy Business Remediation and Customer Satisfaction Program.
Revestor has worked with many clients over time and they consistently provide a leadership model for other companies that care about their clients to follow. Joining the Corporate Advocacy Program is just one of the many ways that Revestor is leading their industry to higher standards.
The company is concerned with customer follow up and has the goal of responding to customers via email within twenty-four hours. They also are focused on making sure the ticketing system works properly to ensure that the customer can track the issues that they submit. Additionally, ReVestor.com is working on an FAQ for the site to help answer customer questions. The company stated that no one is perfect but they believe they are on track and are working to manage the current growth. They believe the most important thing they can do right now is hire the right people. The second most important thing they believe is that it's not about who you hire, but who you don't fire.
Recently, they had a complaint from a user in Chicago that downloaded the free iPhone app. The company told the customer that the iPhone app was released as a basic model to get it in the marketplace. At this point, the company believes the app does everything they need it to do, but not everything that the website does yet. The user was upset that the app did not reflect the full site features. The company apologized to the customer and told him that they would keep him informed about when the new app would come out and advised that he could currently use the website for all of his needs. A representative from ReVestor.com thanked the customer for the feedback and stated that they would keep this information in mind for future versions of the app.
The most common criticism ReVestor.com has received deal with login issues revolving around resetting passwords and retrieving lost passwords as well as estimated rents being off in certain areas. Their plan is to continually implement ticketing systems in order to better track customer feedback and complaints. The company has several methodologies in their algorithm that average together to come up with Estimated Rent aka RevestorRent. The company's software looks at the number of bedrooms within a 1mile radius and even goes out 5miles if they have to. RevestorRent is comprised of a formula/algorithm and actual rental comps. The company says that the more properties they have the more the algorithm starts to recognize patterns in the data and will get more accurate over time. User feedback is also helping them get more accurate. The company plans on deploying a rent override button where if a user sees a rent that is off they can suggest a new rent. In the meantime users can contact the company for suggested rent changes.
The company does not claim to be perfect or 100% accurate but in most areas they are pretty close and provide a good starting point for people to start to work off of. Since they went nationwide they have witnessed a couple areas with WACKY rents so its all a work in progress. The company believes that its all about the support they are getting from the users. The company has a lot of users giving valuable feedback so the site is really becoming user driven. It seems as though they have a lot of people rooting for them.
Revsetor.com is working to develop an environment within the company, in which the employees are treated the same way they want their customers treated. They will go as far as having the CEO call the customer if needed, no matter how large the company gets, to resolve a complaint and take care of their users.
Currently, ReVestor.com has no complaints on Ripoff report. However, they feel the Ripoff Report provides a very valuable service to consumers for companies that have bad practices. The company thinks that Ripoff Report provides a great service and that it's important for a company to be able to respond and tell their side of the story. The opportunity to respond to complaints is very important to ReVestor.com.
