That is stated in much smaller print down below. By law, and in all fairness, the fact that you are going to be charged a substantially more than $4.99 in the future, should be "capriciously" stated. Capricious means obvious, a main part of the discord. Their excuse is that spelled out under "terms and conditions". Any reasonable person knows that a purchase agreement should be titled just that - a Purchase Agreement. It is not, it is done under the guise of FREE SAMPLE. This is misleading and dishonest in my opinion. I am not saying their product is not good, I hope it is. But taking advantage of people that are suffering is not right.
