 Ryan Mendonca represented to several companies that he provideds market awareness to create liquid markets for small cap companies. He has been sued by two different groups who he has stolen $150,000 and $40,000 from. He sends emails and texts stating he will repay those monies he stole but in 15 months he has yet to pay once red cent back. Mendonca is a crook!!
