I have just noticed this company has been charging me $33.87 for several months. I ordered a $1.97 grant writing cd. No-one ever called me or asked me if I wanted this service. I called a service representative yesterday and he was very rude. He said I HAD ordered the service and refused to give me a refund. I cancelled the service yesterday. Their website looks so good but they are just ripping people off!
