After redeeming points for gift cards two previous times with no problems, I redeemed oints for a third in October 2012 and never received it. They will not respond to emails.
Through research, I have discovered many people have been ripped off by Reward Port. I have not closed my account, but I refuse to click on any more emails, as it helps them. Beware.
