I requested, with my points, a $25 gift card from Amazon on June 5, 2012. I have written to the company via e-mail numerous times and filed a BBB complaint. Today I will file a complaint with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General to try to get my account caught up.

I am due to file for another reward but am holding off until I receive the one that is outstanding.
