Weeks later he responded that my wife was not on the contract and that it didn't cancel even though the salesman that sold us the program had to wait for the bank info from my wife, further more she didn't sign the contract but they were pulling money from her account! We have now been getting money taken out of our account for 3 months and they say there is a 30 day cancellation so our early cancellation of $350.00 is now going to be around $1700.00 you have the discussion with the reps and they say they are not authorized to cancel a contract even know the contract is up so they take another months debits and say you have to contact there cancellation dept. If he had told us that info in the 1st conversation we had we would have sent it over in a second flat. but they try to drag it out as long as they can to take as much money as possible from you Be Aware!
