 Again, nothing is Michael's fault. All his debt is Tracey's.  This is nonsense. Everything that is owed is due to Michael. He is the one who stole Tracey's identity and ordered over $7000 of computer equipment and had it sent to his office in Aurelia Iowa. Bills were not paid and it went to collections. When Dell collections called asking for Tracey they were told she was not in the office. She never worked in Michael's office in Aurelia.  When confronted with this from Tracey, he denied knowing anything about it. Yet when his minion Duane Anderson was then accused, since he signed for it, his lawyer said it was all Michael's doing. Then when he could no longer deny it, he told the judge it was just a "misunderstanding". Again, never his fault. Anyone who does business with this man needs his head examined.

Hip, hip, horray. People are finally seeing who you really are.  I truly believe your ex-wife in in prison for the rest of her life due to you not being able or willing to have joint custody of your children. All evidence shows you have behind her arrest. you have been the one constantly calling and emailing law enforcement. The only way you could get custody is if she were dead or in prison. You viciously attack anyone who gets in your way.  Remember you are the one who flunked the lie detector test regarding the breakin.  You are the one who ripped your children away from Tracey's family, who have been supporting them for years.  Where were you on their birthdays and holidays? Name one thing you have done for them except for emotionally destroying them. Why won't you allow their half brother or maternal grandparent to talk or communicate with them?? And you try to pass yourself off as a Christian.

Michael Ross Roberts is a sick man.

On April 3, 2006 he filed 33 criminal complaints and on April 24, 2006 he filed an additional 271 that is 304 criminal complaints he was trying to bankrupt Tracey by making her pay to defend false accusations. 

The court found that the CEO and founder of Rexxfield made $6860 for the entire year of 2008.

Perhaps, that is why he purchased, utilized and then sold the illicit hacking technology known as Googlecide to others?

A local newspaper sited law enforcement investigated Michael Roberts claims of Tracey Richter trying to kill him and they dismissed both cases. The suffocation allegation was found not credible and the drugging dismissed because Tracey was not even in the state during this time.

However, when people like Michael Roberts make us false claims, you still have to engage an attorney to defend the false allegation.

Perhaps, the police should have investigated that Michael Ross Roberts of Rexxfield married Heidi Forbaska of Finland while he was still married to Tracey Richter.

That seems to be against the biblical principles Roberts claims.

What's next will Heidi Forbaska realize Michael is a sociopath and prior to her leaving him, he will go over his bipolar medication, to get Heidi pregnant and then she will be forced into the same life as Tracey?

Thankfully, most of the debtors listed are working with Michael to forgive the debts which were placed on him as a result of a corrupt or incompetent Judge and a convicted perjurer and murderer Tracey Richter.

This debt was incurred by Michael Roberts' ex-wife Tracey Richter Roberts who was convicted of Murder in the 1st Degree in Iowa late 2011 and is now serving a life sentence WITHOUT the possibility of parole. The judgement fell on Michael after Judge John Duffy of the Iowa 3rd District Court gave Tracey the children and marital assets leaving Michael to start over.

This smear campaign is a continuation by Tracey's family of her relentless online smear campaign launched immediately after Tracey's attempt to murder Michael in early 2004, and for which he received criminal compensation from the Iowa Dept. of Justice Crime Victim's Compensation fund for injuries sustained.I am quite surprised that it took Tracey or her family so long to find the irrepressible RipOffReport. Their past attempts to smear me have been relatively easy to suppress or remove, but this site is another story :(

This was an "estimated tax bill" for the year after business ceased in which the company Tracey Richter destroyed though online defamation destroyed. The CPA did not file a cessation of business and the tax bill was automatic. Michael had been living in hiding from his criminal ex-wife and family and IRS had the wrong mailing address. This is being rectified with the IRS because no tax is due.

Stop the Press!  After reading the above report; I just called Mr. Redenbaugh (Jan 27, 2012 14:30hrs), I asked if he would be willing to forgive the $5,000.00 judgement due to the travesty that it is. He refused and said that Tracey still owes him a lot of money (which I warned him that he'd never receive, just like her first marriage divorce attorney).

Disturbing Coincidence?: Attorney Phil Redenbaugh and the presiding Judge John P. Duffy were both students at Drake University Law school. Judge Duffy in an act of blatant cronyism ordered me to pay $5,000.00 towards Redenbaugh's client, Convicted Murderer Tracey Richter's for her divorce legal expenses. I never engaged Redenbaugh, I never agreed to pay him a penny, and in fact promised him early on that he better not look to me as a meal ticket. The Judgement was a travesty of Justice, when I threatened to appeal the decision the Judge told me that doing so would block me from filing a timely modification of child custody due to the appeals process (he gave my kids to a murderer). Judge Duffy demonstrated suffocating arrogance in saying so.  It is worth noting that The Hon. John P. Duffy, in deciding child custody, had in his possession the same evidence used by a jury of 12 to later convict Tracey Richter of First Degree Murder, the exception being the "pink journal" that Sac County authorities kept in hiding for 10 years until two young heroes came and cracked the case and rescued my kids.

It is also worth noting the Attorney Phil Redenbaugh was privy to the evidence that Tracey is a murderer and an unfit parent, and yet he fought jealously for her to win custody, which his school friend Judge Duffy awarded. When Redenbaugh withdrew from the case, it was not for ethical concerns about his client, or for the wellbeing on my children, but BECAUSE SHE WASN'T paying him!
