Dear Mr. Rheem/Rudd Thank you for only charging me $700 for a combustion motor on your commercial water heater thats 13 months old. I guess thats where the Rheem comes in. I thought they spelled it differently though.

Thank you for leaving the ground wire off the flame sensor when the unit was new. My clients really liked having to re-set the control every day for six months until they called me.

Thank you for not sending the sight glass with the new combustion fan motor.

Thank you for not threading the adaptor plate that came with the combustion motor.

And finally, thank you for narrowing my options to me and my clients. Next time well choose another brand.
