He got more insurance money and wasted time. Painted walls with a mixture of flat, gloss, and egg shell. Messed up dry wall around electrical outlets. It' sobvious that he doesn't know what he is doing. Finally he was fired and we hired another contractor to fix the house. All of the Rhode work had to be repaired. We then found out that he never put a new roof on. He wouldn't give any of the $40,000 back. For the little work that he did do, his contractors were calling me to get paid because he didn't pay them! Stay away!
