UNFORTUNATELY, WE TOO WERE TAKEN BY THIS CON ARTIST!! I ONLY WISH I HAD FOUND THIS SITE BEFORE WE WROTE THE CHECK! HE TALKS A BIG STORY OF WHAT HE CAN DO. WHAT HE DOES BEST IS TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. WE CONTRACTED FOR 3 WEBSITE DESIGNS AND HOSTING FOR A YEAR. MONTH AFTER MONTH WE SENT EMAILS AND CALLED TRYING TO GET WHAT WE PAID FOR. AFTER REALIZING THAT WE WERE HAD, WE AGREED TO A REFUND OF 80%. GUESS WHAT...HE EVEN RIPPED US OFF AGAIN BY SENDING A REFUND OF 60%. I GUESS WE WERE LUCKY TO GET ANYTHING BACK. HE IS WELL AWARE OF THE SYSTEM AND STAYS WITH THE AMOUNTS COVERED BY SMALL CLAIMS COURT. WARN EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PERSON!!!!

Is this is him? From what I read in another post here he was to be in court for assault. If this is in fact him, he has now been in court for assault with a deadly weaon. Follow the link below for the court record.
