I signed up for Richard Goddeau's "Wholesale Aged Shelf Corporations With Established Business Credit" as an affiliate. aka GSCSC, Inc., Global Software & Computer Solutions Center, Inc
The cost was $1,500.00. Tried to sign up with a credit card which should of been very easy since Richard sells "merchant accounts for credit card processing". It turns out I had to use PayPal and send a confirmation email saying that "I had received the materials" so that PayPal would release the money to him. Now I realize that he had me send that so I can't come back and say I didn't receive the services. Slick move Richard.
As I ordered a Corporation with credit with him he kept delaying with excuses. After sending an email to him about my concerns he stopped answering both the email and phone calls. He must of crawled back under the rock he came from.
He only beat me for $1,500.00 but DO NOT TRUST OR DO BUSINESS with this crook. Take down your deceptive website and quit ripping people off. If you spent as much effort at doing legitimate business you would make more and not have to hide!!

Richard takes money for services that he cannot fulfill and he is a pathological liar. has anyone ever actually been to his supposed office in Carson City? I agree...DO NOT SEND THIS GUY MONEY!!!!! not only did he take us for a huge chunk of change but becaus of his compulsive lies we lost about three months. He refused to meet with us, we tried to meet him in Carson City but he absolutely refused to meet u, i don't even know if his'office' is real. I know for a fact that he is being investigated by the attorney general office in New York and Pennsylvania, the best thing you can do is call your state's attorney generals office to file a complain, even if you do get your money back, we need to shut him down so he can't do this to anyone else.

You chould do a chargeback with your credit card. And you should also file with PayPal for "Item Not Recieved." PayPal has buyer protection with 45 days of purchase if you did not receive anything. The terms of your credit card may differ. I am sure PayPal knows by now he is a scam artist, so you have a very good case. Also, if you have a copy of your e-mails to Richard, you can produce those if needed. PayPal will probably not require any evidence, though.
Richard ripped me off too.
