Richard Klingensmith Phoenix Global Funding, Inc. Took my investment money and then only had excuses why he could not pay me as contracted Denver, Parker, Colorado

Richard Klingensmith from all appearances seemed to be a legit business person.  We had discussions on many different subjects.   I made an investment with him in January of 2011 and it supposedly came in as promised March 1, 2011, but he did not send me the money.  He had an unusual opportunity to re-invest the entire amount for another cycle.  He promised to give me a short term loan against the proceeds which he never did. Promise after promise.

He said my investment completed successfully at the beginning of April 2011, but there were some auditors that held up distributions (which did not make any sense to me).  He later sent me an email confirming he would guarantee the proceeds personally.  He said his company was being taken over by his board of directors and his wife filed for divorce, and he would get back with me.  He said it was best to reach him by email, and not call him. Another red flag.

I did not find any disparaging comments on Richard Hale Klingensmith or his company when I made my investment.  There were a couple late filings to file the annual report at the Secretary of State in Colorado.  The registered agent address is 5521 Quatar Street, Centennial, Colorado 80015 and his company address is 19197 E Cottonwood Drive, #615 Parker, Colorado 80138

There is now another where Richard failed to perform as promised, but I hope Richard straightens out his affairs and resumes communication otherwise legal actions will have to be pursued thru the SEC and the State of Colorado.

He is a likable fellow, but do not do business with him until he cleans up his commitments.
