Richard Murray Short Sale Properties Thomas Powell, Thomas Powell verbally abusive seller family is related to child pornogragh dealer!!!! Castaic, California

My name is William H and I am an avid real estate investor. Ive been purchasing foreclosure properties since 2009 and leasing the properties back to the current homeowners to help keep families together. On Saturday, May 19th, I had an appointment with Richard Murray so see the property located at 29139 Rangewood Road, castaic , CA 91384. When I went inside the house was completely trashed. It looked like there were rats and roaches living throughout the house. The broker of record said they had water damage and was in the process of being repaired. When I asked to see any of the repairs orders they couldnt provide proof. The homeowner came out of the back room with his wife and they
 were extremely agitated. They told me I didnt know what I was talking about and how they know every nook and cranny on that house and its a solid house. I tried to leave without having any type of confrontation and the real estate agent became verbally abusive as well as the homeowner.

When I got home I did some research on the property and found out the occupants are relatives of the late Josh Powell. Josh Powell murdered his wife and 2 children and then burned his house down with him in it. Meanwhile Richard K. Powell, the actual property owner has a brother in Utah, which is in jail awaiting trial on procession and distribution of child pornography. I called Richard Murray and explained to him who he was representing in this transaction and he seemed less interested in the actual facts and more interested in closing the sale.

At the end of this whole thing, I wanted to make sure the general public knows what kind of people live at this property and the condition it is in. There are thousands of better properties out there that are of value and the property owners wont be asses! Do yourself a favor, stay away from this property and the crazy people that live there.
