The audacity of the individual to slander these two people is horrific.  Exactly what is wrong with RipOff Reports.  Where no facts are provided, only one person's libelous rant.  It is obvious this person doesn't have a leg to stand on and has a sole objective is to try to harm the Ham's reputation.  Hiding behind innuendo's and no facts and even putting some nonsensical trash talk really explains that this person and RipOff is catering to a low life who is cowardly and won't come out in the light of day.

The Ham's are some of the finest people I have ever dealt with, both on a business and personal level.  They go out of their way, even if it is unnecessary to, to make things fair and make sure everything that can be done for others...get done.

For this unscrupulous person to use this venue of RipOff as a board to slander two fine people, in itself, shows how bad the person and RipOff is.

Have read Debbie Luv's comments and wholeheartedly agree with them.  That this "EN" has to be someone that is as low as they come.  Attempting to harm these two people's reputations and besmirching their integrity, is the lowest of the low.  Without facts, or any truth is even beyond pale.  This is absolutely a travesty.

These are the finest people, Richard and Carla Ham one would want to know and do business with.

This what is wrong with Ripoff Report.  This report has no facts or substance, just slander and liable.  The true
victims are the Hams.  The person writing the report was a shady character in Florida who tried to pull a "bait and switch" scheme on the Hams years ago and almost succeeded in taking a company owned by hundreds of people.
 But the Hams saved those hundreds of people from losing all of their investment.  The person's initials are EN and his company's initials are EC and he runs a pump and dump, bait and switch, stock oriented firm and does
business with intimidation and underhanded (even illegal) means.

Since he didn't get his way, he was upset he was caught, which set him off, most morally corrupt people react that way.  He went on to try to intimidate and stalk the Hams for years trying to take over the company.  And became increasingly upset as the Hams stymied his every effort.  After years of trying intimidation and thuggery, he attempted in
the last year to try to screw all of the people again and take over the company so he could sell it for his own gain and leave nothing for the hundreds of people.  But the Hams again outmaneuvered EN and saved the company and the
hundreds of people.

All of this without ever taking any pay for years and putting in hundreds of thousands of their own money to save the
company.  

But EN, having been outmaneuvered at every turn nd saving all of the hundreds of people's money, has found even after stalking and email blasting and dozens and dozens of threatening phone calls, the Hams will stick up and save peoples money, he has to resort to slander and liable to try to "get back at them."  The Hams are known honest people
with integrity and do business where they sacrifice their own money, time and effort and have given more than 100% for every person they have ever done business with.

What you have here is a shady character in EN who has tried unsuccessfully to try to take over a company which hundreds of people own, for his own benefit and to screw all of these people out of their money.  The Hams have stopped him in every instance, using their own unpaid time and hundreds of thousands of their own money.
What you have here is sour grapes by someone who has not been able to succeed in a devious plan (which is what this guy does as a business model) to take over a company and dump on hundreds of people for his own benefit.  But the Hams saw this devious plans of this individual and stopped it at every turn, and he has now resorted to Slander and Liable to get back at them.  Like a little kid would or in this case, a shady businessman who was caught doing what he does best...screw hundreds of people, take over a company, sell it, put the money in his pocket and move on.

But, thank God for the integrity and honesty of the Hams, they have sacrificed, gone with no pay, put in hundreds of thousands to save the investments of others against a shady character like EN. That is what is wrong with this website.
 The report had no facts whatsoever, nothing, nada.  Just slander and liable and the website lets them do it without regard to the true victims here...the Hams.  Read the report again.  There are no facts what so ever, just sour grapes and since this EN couldn't get his way after intimidation and shady attempts, has resorted to the lowest of the low, slander and liable with absolutely no facts whatsoever.  If this isn't a transparent sour grapes from someone who is morally corrupt and ethically challenged...nothing is. 

Thank god for the Hams out there doing the right things for hundreds of people, sacrificing their own time without pay in most cases, and doing everything possible to keep the unscrupulous people like EN from doing them harm.  Yes everyone knows who you are EN...and remember slander and liable is a dangerous game to play...
