Dear Sir,
Here is a detailed account of my relations with Richard John Sain born 11-20-XXXX SS# xxxxxxxxx
We met in Mount Shasta California in September 2009. Richard is a gruff, tough, but good looking man. He has an excellent body and is charming in every way.
I was attracted to him and knowing he was between jobs, I invited him to come work on the home I had for sale in Seattle WA. I needed some work done and said I could pay him. The amount of work I needed, I said would probably net him the $2,500 he wanted to purchase a motor home.
When he was in my home, our attraction escalated and we had sexual relations. But as the days passed, I felt exceedingly uncomfortable around him. Something about him made me uneasy.
Let me, for the record, state that I have a history of mental illness. I have been labeled bi-polar and have been hospitalized for the illness. But, truthfully, I think most of the illness has abated and I am, although a perhaps very emotional woman, do not believe I am mentally ill.
I wanted Richard to leave. I did not want him to complete the work. I wanted him gone. He said he would not go because I had promised him the money for the work and that I owed him the money. Not having completed the work, I did not believe I owed him anything. I was frightened of him and wanted him gone.
There is no doubt that Richard soon realized he could get me into a state of extreme agitation, knowing I would strike, and was gathering these instances to use for his case to rob me of my assets. Knowing my mental history, he has over and over used the accusation that I would be taken away and put in jail for "abusing him", when he well knows, it was his method to antagonize me verbally until I got into a state of extreme agitation.
That time, after he did not complete the work on my house, he stole over $600, claiming I owed him money to get home. I did not agree, believing a 42 year old able bodied man should be able to find his own way and not prey upon females, using their weakness to his advantage.
After a week, Richard called and said he loved and missed me. I now believe, he realized he had hit the gold mine with regards to his choice of lifestyle. Find a wealthy woman, use his charm and sexual nature to ingratiate themselves into her life, and lead a comfortable life of no real world employment while he pretends he will soon get work etc...
At that time, with a mixture of fear and confusion and love? I did purchase him the motorhome. At a cost of $3500.
I am attaching a detailed history of the money spent the 9 months we were together. Richard enjoyed a very expensive lifestyle, including high end nutritional supplements, high end organic foods and juices, and expensive shopping habits.
Not to mention that I was also paying all rents and giving him money to fund his "art" work.
(I eventually learned that Richard had been abused as a child. He was taught to steal by relatives, he was sexual assaulted by two of his babysitters, he was abused by his foster care families, and in turn, he did start a cycle of sexual and psychological abuse that he continues to this day. He has been addicted to methamphetamines, and crack cocaine. He claimed to be off drugs, and often preaches religion. I believe Richard is a very sick man. I am sorry for him, but I can not in good conscience allow his deeds to go unpunished.)
At several times in our relationship, I became very uncomfortable and wanted him to go. Several times I suggested that he get his own place while we continued our business/relationship endeavors. I did not feel we had a healthy relationship, indeed it has never been my style to pay for a man's life while he contributes nothing monetarily. I felt the arrangement was inappropriate and wanted it to end.
Richard, however, liked the arrangement very much. He took my keys and made copies. He wouldn't let me out of the house alone. He kept insisting we were making a business.
Several material assets were sacrificed by me in hopes that he would take them and go. I left him a Volvo I purchased in Arizona, for $1500. I gave him $10,000 in December of 2009 with the express purpose of starting his clothing line, money he used to buy music equipment, and "fix his van" he said. I dont think that amount of money could be spent on a late 80's minivan. I believe he may have given the money to his mother. Sandra Messine DePalma.
Other amounts gifted to Richard J Sain in the course of 9 months:
$300 for cd duplication
$1200 for reimbursement of flight to NYC
over to $1000 for flights to Arizona, NYC, and Seattle
$300 (apprx.) for insurance for his van)
$1000 in phone bills for his phone
$2000 (apprx.) for his standing warrant in AZ, for mj possession (classes and fines)
$400 (apprx.) to help pay off his massage school loan
$3500 Toyota Dolphin Motor home in his name.
$2000 (apprx.) for goods in his possession purchased in the guise of starting a trade store, including stereo equipment he used for personal use, a crybaby pedal, a guitar effects machine, clothing, material
$800 for tools intended to use on helping me with my shop
$200 for business licenses held in his name alone
$400 for his son to fly to the US
$250 for mechanical work on the Volvo in Phoenix
$740 for "gas" (on tues May 11, the date he finally left)
$1000 for nutritional supplements
$800 for a canon t2i Camera
$60 for computer speakers
$mental pain and suffering
plus the original 'gift' = $10,000.00 ( in December 2009)
TOTAL = over $22,890.00
(this is an Underestimation, I assure you)
(I will continue to add to the list as I remember all details)
This, in addition to my purchasing all food (dining in and out) (apprx. $2500 a month)
and rents (apprx. $2000 a month)
and bills (apprx. $200 a month)
At the time of the purchase of my 1998 Volvo wagon, we were sitting in the dealer office and it was happening so fast. The dealer wanted to put a name on the title and Richard looked at me and as he told me the vehicle would be intended for our business, I agreed to put both our names on the title.
I want to have this man put in jail. He is currently using his skills to live off other women and/or men. I believe he is also a homosexual
At this current time, however, I am asking for a dissolution to any common law marriage rights, a clean title in my name to both my Volvos, and Richard Sain's name off my residential and commercial leases, all keys returned to me, and a restraining order against him, prohibiting phone calls, emails and visits indefinitely.
I am sure after all of the evidence is reviewed, the court will judge in my favor.

Look, RICHARD had a great marriage for a awhile with her, but she began abusing him, trying to control our music direction with rude insults about our style of retro music, and being overpossessive, imagining that I'm his gay lover. i'm just his employee. Richard is not a ripoff. I wasalso accused of it when I became a HIT music star. It made me a SUPER STAR. HIT music is just sarcastic. These agents simply push people into super stardom as hard as they can. she really wasnt serious about their marriage and they enjoyed the money spent together.

You have me mistaken. As I have stated our (me and Balu's ) relationship is strictly platonic and that is the extent of it. Please don't ooze your venom in my direction, as just like you have the right to express yourself so do I. After all, you are the one who brought this to a public platform. Call my screen name stupid, say I have daddy issues, say I have ulterior motives w/ Balu, all these are indicative of the way your mind thinks. Could it be possible that I have seen good in him and simply wish to express that? There is ALWAYS two sides to the story and the truth lies somewhere in the middle. You can't understand why I would comment on here while you are dragging my friend's name in mud publicly? Really??? I am not saying that you have no right to be angry or hurt, I am however adding my perspective for a more balanced story....Aaand no, I do not want to meet in person because frankly, stick a fork in me, I'm done with this soap opera and will not be adding any more after this. If/when I get notifications of an additional post related to this, I will simply ignore it...and no longer check this site. I am sensing a low field of consciousness and to interact with it, is something I am not interested in. Again, I send healing vibes for everyone involved to be able to move forward. p.s. he did not stalk and abuse me because i am beautiful, he did it because i was weak and vulnerable. he wouldnt try anything on you maybe because you have your head together.
there is a way to introduce raw foodism, and it is not by swiping food out of my hand and using my debit card to only buy food you want, when i am paying the rent. It is with love and compassion. and someone who is not a doctor should never take another persons meds away without a prescribed plan for coming off them.
he met me and knew he could ride me till the end. I watched him manipulate tons of men and women. Allen his music friend is in love with him and makes music for him out of a weird sick devotion. He called and harrassed my mother! trying to get money out of her!

If you have never been with him, you probably are not a weak and vulnerable woman as i was. You are/were not poised to be taken advantage of. Yes, he did break my heart, my spirit, my bank and more.

I was a victim. Blaming the victim has only become popular lately. I stand by my truth. He only benefitted as a result of my love and affection. He is much improved as a result of my therapy.
He may be an artist, an artist at deceiving and manipulating people like you. I cant think of any reason decent people would want to be around him. Except that you are vain and find him physically appealing. Have you met his family? They all know he is not normal.
He was sexually and physically abused by his family. He had sex with his sisters. He has unresolved and confused homosexual tendencies. His music and visual art is so bad if you admire it i am sorry for you. I was sorry for him. People like him are victims. Do you want to tell me as a child he was not a victim? He does not seek help. I begged him to go to sexual abuse therapy. He will not because he will not admit he has problems.
You obviously think you are some spiritual master. You think loving him is some kind of feat of brilliance on your part. He did not however, use and abuse you. He continues the cycle of abuse instead of seeking treatment.
Why do you think he was "in love" with a non english speaking totally submissive young japanese woman. They couldnt even talk! He used her, verbally demeaned her like a dog. I witnessed it.

Dear Author, I feel your pain. I have also had my heart broken and then also be the one to break someone's heart. We all must go through this as a part of life. Everybody has a role to play at different times of life. Often times these roles are fluid. I wish for you to get to a place in your healing where you are not oozing resentments. This will save your health. It is clear you are disappointed in the outcome of you and Rich aka Balu's relationship. Based on what I know of him, he would be more "guilty" of living in la la land than having an un-pure and conniving heart like you are suggesting. And yes, he is a talented artist He has an artist's heart, and it is not just with music. It is a way of life. In addition, I have gotten massages by Balu and he has tried absolutely nothing with me. For the record, I am a model/actress in LA and turn heads everywhere I go. I say this with humility and only to prove my point. He has given me a very comfortable amount of respect and treats his massages as a true healer would with respect to the healing process. He tunes in during the massage and is highly intuitive. You mentioned he "put you on a strict diet" Again, with the victimization. Anyone that knows him knows that he eats mostly vegan, raw foods and is big on not eating crap. Your definition of a strict diet is another persons definition of a clean diet for the mind, body and soul. Also, anyone should be able to piece together that you being on anti-depressants (you said yourself) that it would be natural for a raw /vegan foodist to try to get you off of your dependency to Big Pharma and start healing through your nutrition. I say this w/ Love and am really looking at this whole drama objectively as a sister. It takes two to tango baby. I know that is a hard lesson in Love We ALL have to learn it. If everything is a reflection of what is going on within us then you must accept your experience as YOUR manifestation. THERE ARE NO VICTIMS Hard pill to swallow? Perhaps. Forgiveness is for you.

Thank God I warned Shekina long ago about this unfortunate human (R. Sain)!
When she first got into town she was hit on relentlessly by V. Even after we were together, he sent her kooky emails stating that the two of them " were intergalactic warriors together and lovers.....blah blah blah". Then, she got invites for free massages by R. Sain........he pushed and pushed her to sublet his studio (but said there "might be a time frame when we'll have to live together for a little while....."), and then he wanted to come by her new place all the time to do "repairs and handyman work".
He is also "best friends" and "family" with one Jamie Martin/Larson.......who is housemates with Shekina. And this Jamie (and ex of his) has, along with R. Sain, been working night and day to try to break us up (I have proof of this). It's so sick. Why would people do this????? I am trying to get her the heck out of that house!!! I have felt from the very get go that she is surrounded by evil there. I actually genuinely fear for her safety. She's been super tired and sick a lot lately.......can't stay awake.........and it seems to get worse the more hours she spends in that house.....with those types........

These people (Baluh and his friends) ARE criminals......and they do deserve to be locked up. But, yes, it is sadly true that here they are considered "special"....and not just insane and ill.
His best friend (mentioned on this site) abused my friend of over 25 years here. Told her she had a "broken tailbone and he could fix it in 20 sessions" (I'll let your imagination tell you <how> he accomplished this!). After "working" on her 3 times, she felt uncomfortable and went to an MD. X-ray showed she had NEVER had a broken tailbone.........She felt horribly violated....but was far too ashamed to go to the Police.......
To the original author: Have you filed an informational report with the Sedona PD? You should. It needs to be on record. Same goes for anyone else here who was violated by Baluh. His best friend (mentioned on this site) abused my friend of over 25 years here. Told her she had a "broken tailbone and he could fix it in 20 sessions" (I'll let your imagination tell you <how> he accomplished this!). After "working" on her 3 times, she felt uncomfortable and went to an MD. X-ray showed she had NEVER had a broken tailbone.........She felt horribly violated....but was far too ashamed to go to the Police.......

I met a man who told me Rich approached him at a party, told him he was beautiful and tried to kiss him. My friend refused and Richard then began to attack that man's character whenever anyone would listen.
Rich takes horrible photos, dead animals, barbed wire, and claims he is a visionary. He also puts on very fractalized chaotic face paint every opportunity that he is proud of. It is an expression of the disharmony he feels inside in my opinion.
I am very sad that this man will not admit he has problems and seek help. It is very obvious that he needs remedial education. He can not spell, he makes up words, he wears women's clothing. He was a homeless junkie for over 10 years. He makes odd jokes about pee and poop and boobies. At 45, this is not anywhere near normal. He lacks basic social etiquette and civility. Sedona, with its open attitude and over-forgiving residents is the wrong town for him.

It seems like you and Richard are not still in love as he proclaimed! Is everything he says a lie to cover up his abuses to others? Seems so.
With all of this information--and the pattern that has come forth--there is power to prevent him from preying further on others.
I have read thru all of these comments. He followed Shekina around and out of New Frontiers. She obviously didn't want him to do so. I have spoken to countless women here who hate the way he follows them around! It's like NF's has given him a license to stalk! Have they not heard of the word "lawsuit"? That's what they'll end up with someday.
I personally know women who will not shop there if they see him there. I have spoken to women who work there who won't make eye contact with him and walk the long way around to avoid him.
It would be interesting indeed to hear here from C., who he stalked and pressed into marriage super fast--until she had to get an order preventing him from going near her home!
Though not a woman, I feel badly for Sky too--by not calling 911 when richard threatened you he beat you to the punch, lied to everyone......and then tried to make himself look like the victim. That's the abuser mentality--blame the true victim. And that seems to be what he does every time. And it has caught up to him.

I am not one to play a "victim" or to spread gossip, I am a heart centered human filled with compassion and love.
However, in this instance, I believe you are, in your innocence and desire for a Unifying Love, not fully comprehending the earthly acts committed by Richard under the guise of being a "free spirit," as you call him.
He is an opportunist. He is unsafe. He specifically targeted Sedona precisely because of attitudes like yours. He knows he will be coddled and not held accountable. In any other town he would most likely be in prison. I believe he is somewhat disabled mentally, or perhaps all the synapses didnt get to grow when he was young, believe me I ve prayed on it! And as I am differently minded, psychic and an intuitive, I believed I could compensate for what was lacking in him, and we could make a great match.
But his unorthodox attitudes are immature and premature! Let me learn about tantra from a certified practitioner with a masters in health ed! Not a 45 year old rock star wannabe delusional sociopathic narcissist! This man needs YEARS of therapy!
I did foolishly think my love could heal him. I do see now i had issues of my own to heal. All of this does not erase the facts. He tortured me mentally psychically and spiritually. He forced me into tantric practice, polyamory and extreme dieting. He forced me to buy him things and give him thousands of dollars under the understanding that he would support me when my money was gone.
(He still asserts that his friend Vance and he are "coming into" 17 million dollars "any day now!" and they are opening a healing center with the money!!)
He is a large dangerous child unfortunately attractive like a wounded puppy. We all want to "heal" our sick brothers and sisters and Rick is no exception. To your credit, you want to love him! But he obviously did not prey on you and use you as he did me.

Rick (Balueczjah) Sain is the most awful example of a human being i have ever met. He is a sociopath. He took my meds away from me and proceeded to coerce money and items from me. He repeatedly told me i was sick and confused me and abused me for almost 4 years. I had the remains of a very large trust fund depleted as a result.

R. Sain Confirms His Lies--Then Makes More of the Same

So, in an earlier post about me, R. Sain stated that I "was 86'd (trespassed) from the entire New Frontiers building complex".
Now he states that he and I "will be 86'd if either of us talk to the manager."
Well, now those are two quite different things altogether. It also sounds to me like you are on thin ice there--and don't want them to know more negative things about YOU.
I was never trespassed from there. I did speak to J. Miller about the entire situation. He is a decent and honorable man and gave me some great advice, and I thank him for that.
I frightened no manager there. No manager lied to the police on my behalf. YOU are the only one who lied to them, and the court, and EVERYONE you can at New Frontiers. You are using it as a soapbox to slander and defame me, constantly and consistently. Several mere acquaintances have gotten sick of you running your mouth about me, and have gone to the manager and to the police. One is a renowned healer who actually worked with you and known you for 7 years, and he said, flat-out, that you are nuttier than squirrel poop.
If you get 86'd, it'll be by your own design.
And you are getting your information from past "acquaintances" of mine. Does that make what they say FACTUAL? Have you considered it may not be? Some of the people in this town are really back-biting/mentally ill/wounded etc. I have learned not to believe much of what I hear--and certainly to never pass it on. Unless someone attacks me. Then they find they've taken on the wrong person by a long shot as I will never give up and utilize every legal means to stop them.
And you accuse me of having done "substances" (along with prior accusations of drinking). But in the same sentence you state that you are "basically" sober--and still using illegal drugs! This is called being hypocritical, and delusional.
I do not even know you. I never wanted to know you. But what in the world is your motivation to put so much energy into doing me harm? Perhaps you should ask yourself that basic question and then stop doing so.

It is a fact there was a prostitution bust. Your defense of them does not sound good. I find it hard to believe that the owners had no clue that prostitution was going on behind their back.-my opinion

things that are public fact or knowledge. There are two sides to every story
and I strongly suggest that you get into contact with Richard before this gets
out of hand. I also know your moral obligation to the people of Sedona, so it

FYI, my son in-law had a heroin addiction amongst other things. Mr. B got my son-in-law off the heroin and helped him find a good job. My daughter was in danger and Mr. B helped him instead of judging him. My son-in-law is now 2 years clean. Mr. B would come to our house everyday to check on my son-in-law. Sometimes during unreasonable times at night. Mr. B
made sacrifices to help my family and never asked me for money, appreciation or any type of compensation. Which I would have happily paid him. When rehab failed, Mr. B didn't.
I don't have a problem with you and after Mr. B called me today, this is my last post. I proved that no consumer complaints over your profession have been filed against you. Be happy for that. If you are truly spiritual, try a more peaceful approach. That's what I learned from Mr. B and how I live my life.

It is a fact there was a prostitution bust. Your defense of them does not sound good. I find it hard to believe that the owners had no clue that prostitution was going on behind their back.-my opinion
If you don't like the facts I presented on the temple, sue Sedona LE, Phoenix LE and all media sources that are all over the internet, newspaper and TV. Unless you have OJ's lawyer, you don't have a chance. So, I will not be silent when it comes to the Sedona Temple. Come to a city counsel meeting. Sue them too.
Here is a verbatim response to my first email to Mr. B.
It's good to hear from you, it's been awhile. I am a little surprised and confused to why you would
end me info on someone I do not know. In the time we spent helping your
son-in-law, you didn't strike me as a person that would take rumors and hearsay
seriously without good cause. One word of advice: Only present known facts and
keep your emotions out of it. Have you met Richard personally or is there
something else you are not saying about the man in question?
I know you don't buy into the spiritual woo of Sedona, is this personal? You once asked me asked me
how you could ever re pay me for the lengthy de-tox process of your son-in-law's
addiction. Since I have never asked you for your legal advice or money, all I
ask of you now is to be fair about Richard and only present and comment on
things that are public fact or knowledge. There are two sides to every story
and I strongly suggest that you get into contact with Richard before this gets
out of hand. I also know your moral obligation to the people of Sedona, so it
is not up to me to convince you to drop things completely.
FYI, my son in-law had a heroin addiction amongst other things. Mr. B got my son-in-law off the heroin and helped him find a good job. My daughter was in danger and Mr. B helped him instead of judging him. My son-in-law is now 2 years clean. Mr. B would come to our house everyday to check on my son-in-law. Sometimes during unreasonable times at night. Mr. B
made sacrifices to help my family and never asked me for money, appreciation or any type of compensation. Which I would have happily paid him. When rehab failed, Mr. B didn't.
I don't have a problem with you and after Mr. B called me today, this is my last post. I proved that no consumer complaints over your profession have been filed against you. Be happy for that. If you are truly spiritual, try a more peaceful approach. That's what I learned from Mr. B and how I live my life.
Some of your posts come off as out right angry ranting. If you want to be seen as innocent, your posts should be more peaceful and filled with less hate. Just my opinion, so don't attack the comment.

R. Sain is a Pathological Liar, Beware--Be Very Aware

I initially contributed to this site as it was forwarded to me.....and I felt very sorry for the woman who wrote the original post. My experience with him mirrored hers. He behaved very irrationally, and knew how to (try) to use the system to his advantage.
But everything R. Sain says are lies. He stated that I "assaulted a police officer". He should know that I WAS a FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER FOR MANY years. He states that I drink; I do not: I run over ten miles in the mountains every day....and I am training for the UFC, my first fight is in Guadalajara, MX in 4 months, I train in Flag. He should come to my camp and meet some <real> men! In fact, I invite him! R. Sain is the one with a drug using rap sheet here in AZ and in other states. Yes, I can provide these other records, and may. He further comments on my girlfriend....implying she is "brainwashed". He should know that she is "civil" to him because he is best friends with her housemate. But she cannot stand him, and his unwanted advances, and she has told me many times that R. Sain "creeps her out". She asked her housemate to never have you over to her house (so that will explain why you have not been there).
He offered up the county website to try to show that I have "bad" stuff against me. There is nothing against me! All was tossed out and the judge even reclused (excused) himself from a fraudulent case.
Further, I have not been "86'd" from New Frontiers or any of the buildings around it. Completely untrue. When I'm in town, I go there, freely.
What I conclude is that there is something VERY wrong in the brain of R. Sain.
I will not defend myself further against his lies. He is using this to distract people against his wrongdoings--which are criminal in nature.

First off I want to request that everyone reading this put their judgements to the side and open their hearts and treat everyone here like brothers and sisters with compassion. I have had the pleasure of knowing Richard AKA Balu for a few years now and it sounds like he has been deeply misunderstood.
Ask yourself if there is any possibility that these harsh accusations could be projections of a person with a broken heart. Perhaps with some childhood wounds that need healing. If there is any possibility of this, is it fair to verbally stone and lynch Richards name publicly? The author of the story is clearly coming from a victim mentality. As if, she played no part in any of this. That right there is evidence in a lack of accountability w/ her own life and decisions. That translates as an unstable person from my perspective. Again, no value judgements here, just observations. I sense the venom coming through the screen when reading the author's words and to that I say, you must really Love him. As it is impossible to hate with a vengeance without there being Love in the first place. Your decisions dear author, are what to consider, less you will continue the pattern of your victimization.
We are ALL perfectly imperfect. This includes Richard AKA Balu, but not for the reasons you speak of. His intentions/motives are not what you are suggesting and deep down you know it too, if you know him at all. If you do not know him, then how can you perpetuate negativity on someone you don't even know?? Balu is a true artist and with that comes a quirkiness, an unconventional way of living for some. Sounds like he was wanting to tackle the world as usual and perhaps being that you were in LOVE, you freely contributed. I know that Balu is a grateful individual and never saw it as 'getting as much as he could' type situation. I can also see that when the relationship began to change color and form, how it was clearly painful for you. Clearly regretting all the things that you gave from your heart. Taking a wild guess, and I am sure Balu also gave to you from the heart dear author, though Balu is not the 'tit for tat' type of guy and certainly wouldn't post his offerings on a site like this anyway.
Yes Richard AKA Balu is a free spirit, perhaps more so then most can comprehend. I can tell you he has a golden heart. It is unfortunate that you cannot see it. He is incredibly talented, and sometimes when someone is such a talented artist, their quirks do not make sense to other people.
For the Record, our friendship has always been strictly platonic. With that, I would like to leave you with a quote from Christ the Master..."let he who is without sin, cast the first stone."

Attempted Defamation by R. Sain

In my experience, people who are guilty try two things: to defame or slander the honorable party, and to use reverse psychology to accuse the honorable and honest party of what they do, and have done (womanize, use drugs, assault, threaten, prey upon other people, etc).
R. Sain has now accused my girlfriend, Shekina Rose, of "lying". Shekina is among the most truly spiritual and honest of people I know, and she does not lie. Here is the letter she wrote about her encounter at New Frontier's Marketplace with R. Sain:
"November 3rd, 2012
To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter on behalf of Galen Hunt. I was witness to the incident between
Beluheczjah on the evening of Oct. 18, 2012 at about 6 to 7 pm. At no time outside of the
store did Galen threaten Beluheczjah.
As I was shopping and leaving the store, Beluh followed me. Outside the store, Galen asked me if he could speak with me. Beluh became very oddly defensive, and asked Galen Why? Galen then said to him Will you please exucuse us? Beluh would not leavethough I wished him to do so as it was uncomfortable. He is friends with my housemate.
As he would not leave, and continued to provoke Galen, Galen said he was going to talk to the manager.
Beluh then proclaimed that I am the manager and I will physically remove you if you enter the store!
Galen said well see and then entered the store. Beluh then stated I will have Jeff physically remove you!
Galen then went to the manager to complain, followed quickly inside by Beluh. I then left and was not a witness to what happened after they entered the store.

This is what actually occurred, and Shekina is my witness. She will go to court to testify truthfully. R. Sain will be revealed as a liar--if he is stupid enough to not put a stop to his fraudulently obtained Order of Protection against me. And, he appears to be very uneducated as well as seriously delusional. Copies of this letter from Shekina will now be provided to ALL involved parties (including Sedona PD). Copies of letters from New Frontiers employees, who also witnessed R. Sain lying will also be used appropriately.
He mentioned court cases against me. As a very wealthy and successful part time sedona resident, I must fight off the likes of R. Sain occasionally. Listed are two past Orders of Protection filed against me. Both were liars, like R. Sain--and I provided evidence and both were quashed (dismissed). This is a rare event--but if you are honest and have integrity, it can be done. The other charges are traffic and other civil cases that were dismissed. One is in Appeal and will be tossed out when my lawyers are done.
My advice to R. Sain: Lies catch up to you.

My Son and my ex daughter got married in Las Vegas because they loved each other. I know this to be true because my husband and I were there. They were in love. They had been thru so much in the early part Of their relationship, but somehow they always found their way back to each other. And to this day they are always there for each other. This is the first time I have seen this report . I am a bit hurt by what I have read . We were a family, a happy family, we shared holidays together, good times and bad, but we were a family ... How does someone write something like this. someone we loved and trusted, someone who said they loved and trusted us to this very day. I have never taken a thing from this woman and nor did my son. She still calls us when she needs us and we still help her.. I loved my daughter in law and was so upset when they divorced. I can't believe what a fool I have been. I know my son and how he adored her.. I KNOW his heart was pure love. I saw him with her, have any of you? He is not perfect but are any of us? I 've heard him cry for her. I seen him fight for her, and I 've seen his pain for her have any of you? Until you have walked in his shoes you have no business judging him. As for her, you would have to know her to understand what went on and I will not expose her to any of you. I am hurt by this letter but I know the real person who wrote this ....do any of you? I pray you never do!!!

My Bad Experience With R. Sain

I was forwarded this interesting link. Normally, I would ignore such things. I do see the ability of someone to misuse this medium to harm another's reputation. But, due to my personal experience with R. Sain, I completely believe the original poster's comments.
Here is my experience with R. Sain: I live in Sedona part of the year. I have always avoided R. Sain, as many do here (including employees of New Frontiers Marketplace, where he occasionally does chair massage work) because I know of his bad reputation (he was kicked out of the Sedona Temple of Tantric Arts, for starters).
Over a month ago I was walking into the store--and he was walking out with my girlfriend (she is very good looking). I ignored him but, when he would not leave her side, I asked him very politely if he "would please excuse us". He did not. He stood nearby and listened to what we were talking about. It creeped me out. And her too. After some provoking comments by him, I again asked him to please leave. I said I "would go get the manager if he did not leave us alone." He then became very agitated, and got a crazy look in his eyes (which are already that way) and he yelled: "I am the manager of this store and I will physically remove you if you go inside!" I said "we'll see", and went inside. He yelled again, stating that "I will have Jeff physically remove you!" (Jeff is a very nice employee in the store--and told me that Sain has "numerous complaints against him by women and that his days are numbered--especially if any more complaints come to the store about him").
I went inside and told the customer service manager that I was being threatened. Sain immediately ran up to her and stated that I had threatened him! Nothing was further from the truth. The customer service rep then sent him outside and asked for my "story". So I told her what he said. She sent him outside. While I was talking to her, he ran back inside and, in front of everyone yelled "his girlfriend has an Order of Protection against him!!!" Again, a total lie. The Customer Service Rep said to him "Did she call the police?" He said "no". She then told him to "mind his own business."
This was like out of the Twilight Zone!
So, I let it go. Just another Sedona nut job. But I did write a letter to New Frontiers telling them of my bad experience and suggesting that they don't have the likes of him sitting in front of their fine store!
Well, it didn't end there: I later learned that R. Sain went to the police and told them that I was "energetically attacking him at work". He also specifically stated that he "was an employee of New Frontiers in Sedona." He is not.
They disregarded his report. He requested an emergency Order of Protection agaisnt me. They declined to give him one. But, as they must, they told him he could go to court to get one. That he did. And, based upon his lies, he was granted one. Has not been served on me as I am not in the town of Sedona most of the year.
If it ever is served on me, then he needs to be aware of what will happen: I WILL go to the hearing 10 days later. And I WILL present the letter from my girlfriend, which states that HE THREATENED ME more than once--and that I never threatened him. She also states further that she was "very uncomfortable with him following her around the store and outside" and she "wanted him to leave".
In other words, I have a WITNESS to his threats. And, if he does not go to court and request his Order of Protection be quashed, then I will go to the Hearing if it is served--and I will go with my witness letter and also her as a witness--and he will be shown to have lied to the court and to the police. Contempt and filing a false police report. This is not good. As in very not good.
Orders of Protection are important when used properly. They are meant to be used as shields for victims. Unfortunately, people like R. Sain have learned how to use them as swords and not shields. He has definitely done this to other people before and knew just how to work the System.
This concludes my experience to date with R. Sain. I have his police report and it is ALL lies. And his court records. My lawyers have acquired it all. This is not going to end well for him, as I have the witnesses, and he has none. In retrospect, I should have had him arrested for assault (threatening and intimidating). But I am not a cowardly man, and do not run to the police in such instances. But he did.
My experience makes me believe what the original poster wrote.....and i feel genuinely sorry for her. It is sad to have to deal with these types of shady individuals. Even worse when they hide under the phony cloak of being "spiritual" and abuse people under this guise...

#1 Vance H or Vance B is correct to say that this is a consumer site to report fraud connecting to complaints about business practices. This site and sites like it, is not a place for ex-wives or ex-girl friends to vent on a relationship gone bad unless there is a valid claim of fraud.
Richard Sain is legally licensed to practice massage in the state of AZ. The following link will prove Richard has credentials as a massage therapist.

On a personal note, I have spoken to many people who have great things to say about Richard's massage practice. His prices are very reasonable considering that Sedona is expensive for any service. He even offers massage packages at reduced rates to help people who turn to massage therapy for pain relief.
#2 It is not a crime to be a player or womanizer. Vance B and Richard know this. It is not a crime to pretend to love someone either or most men would be in jail.
#3 Richard is the Petitioner in the state of Washington and filed a protection order. I assume this order is against the original poster, but can not state it as a fact. If Richard does do as you say or the original poster says, it does show a dangerous womanizing pattern. It is a crime to con anyone out of money and we need to prove it if legal action is to be taken. I am on your side and Hiromi's. Infact, yesterday, Hiromi ended her relationship with Richard. He has been contacting her non-stop to get her back. If you truly want to help her, help me. It is disturbing to hear the promises he made to Hiromi and she does not come from money. Her belonings were moved to a safe location away from him, however if he is a good charmer she could get sucked back into that mess.
Within days to weeks of being with Hiromi, he was talking about marriage and buying houses together in Japan and the United states, yet he lives in a tiny studio and has very little money. Is there a way we can talk privately or meet somewhere in Sedona. I am very concerned about Hiromi being taken advantage of.
#7 To Richard: First you say it was 79% your ex's fault and proceeded to bad mouth her with only your side of the story. Then hours later you tell someone it was 50% your ex fault. Which is it? Why did you act like you didn't Know Vance when he is your best friend. Besides, Vance is not a very common name in Sedona. If You say the name Vance to almost anyone in Sedona, they will not hesitate as you did. Most locals Know Vance and compliment his professional work as a Myropractor. His personal character as womanizer is not relevant to his Job. Also no judge or court will hear a slander or defamation of character case from you.

On a personal note, I have spoken to many people who have great things to say about Richard's massage practice. His prices are very reasonable considering that Sedona is expensive for any service. I must be a genius because I can at least read the tag line which says "...by consumers, for consumers" not "by divorcees for other bitter unattractive misandrist women" which clearly Stacey and Helene are. I can also read in the original report that it does not contain in it any indication that Mary (the author) was ever a client or customer of Mr. Sain's as he holds himself out to be a licensed massage therapist not a home repair contractor and that they were married. I would love to see a photo of Stacey or Helene (trolls). I'm sure our hair would stand on end at such a sight. Richard is a gruff, tough, but good looking man. He has an excellent body and is charming in every way. I was attracted to him and knowing he was between jobs, I invited him to come work on the home I had for sale in Seattle WA. I needed some work done and said I could pay him. The amount of work I needed, I said would probably net him the $2,500 he wanted to purchase a motor home. When he was in my home, our attraction escalated and we had sexual relations. But as the days passed, I felt exceedingly uncomfortable around him. Something about him made me uneasy. Let me, for the record, state that I have a history of mental illness. I have been labeled bi-polar and have been hospitalized for the illness. But, truthfully, I think most of the illness has abated and I am, although a perhaps very emotional woman, do not believe I am mentally ill. I wanted Richard to leave. I did not want him to complete the work. I wanted him gone. He said he would not go because I had promised him the money for the work and that I owed him the money. Not having completed the work, I did not believe I owed him anything. I was frightened of him and wanted him gone. There is no doubt that Richard soon realized he could get me into a state of extreme agitation, knowing I would come to sissy hit him. He soon began to use this knowledge, and wouldn't leave. He would nag me all day, asking for things he needed, then push until i lost control and in anger, hit him. He continued to push in this way and was gathering these instances to use for his case to rob me of my assets. Knowing my mental history, he has over and over used the accusation that I would be taken away and put in jail for "abusing him", when he well knows, it was his method to antagonize me verbally until I got into a state of extreme agitation. That time, after he did not complete the work on my house, he stole over $600, claiming I owed him money to get home. I did not agree, believing a 42 year old able bodied man should be able to find his own way and not prey upon females, using their weakness to his advantage. After a week, Richard called and said he loved and missed me. I now believe, he realized he had hit the gold mine with regards to his choice of lifestyle. Find a wealthy woman, use his charm and sexual nature to ingratiate themselves into her life, and lead a comfortable life of no real world employment while he pretends he will soon get work etc... At that time, with a mixture of fear and confusion and love? I did purchase him the motorhome. At a cost of $3500. I am attaching a detailed history of the money spent the 9 months we were together. Richard enjoyed a very expensive lifestyle, including high end nutritional supplements, high end organic foods and juices, and expensive shopping habits. Not to mention that I was also paying all rents and giving him money to fund his "art" work. (I eventually learned that Richard had been abused as a child. He was taught to steal by relatives, he was sexual assaulted by two of his babysitters, he was abused by his foster care families, and in turn, he did start a cycle of sexual and psychological abuse that he continues to this day. He has been addicted to methamphetamines, and crack cocaine. He claimed to be off drugs, and often preaches religion. I believe Richard is a very sick man. I am sorry for him, but I can not in good conscience allow his deeds to go unpunished.) At several times in our relationship, I became very uncomfortable and wanted him to go. Several times I suggested that he get his own place while we continued our business/relationship endeavors. I did not feel we had a healthy relationship, indeed it has never been my style to pay for a man's life while he contributes nothing monetarily. I felt the arrangement was inappropriate and wanted it to end. Richard, however, liked the arrangement very much. He took my keys and made copies. He wouldn't let me out of the house alone. He kept insisting we were making a business. Several material assets were sacrificed by me in hopes that he would take them and go. I left him a Volvo I purchased in Arizona, for $1500. $250 to fix it, paid to his uncle. I gave him $10,000 in December of 2009 with the express purpose of starting his clothing line, money he used to buy music equipment, and "fix his van" he said. I dont think that amount of money could be spent on a late 80's minivan. I believe he may have given the money to his mother. Other amounts gifted to Richard J Sain in the course of 9 months: $300 for cd duplication $1200 for reimbursement of flight to NYC over to $1000 for flights to Arizona, NYC, and Seattle $300 (apprx.) for insurance for his van) $1000 in cell phone bills for $2000 (apprx.) for his standing warrant in AZ, for mj possession (classes and fines) $400 (apprx.) to help pay off his massage school loan $3500 Toyota Dolphin Motor home in his name. $2000 (apprx.) for goods in his possession purchased in the guise of starting a trade store, including stereo equipment he used for personal use, a crybaby pedal, a guitar effects machine, clothing, material $800 for tools intended to use on helping me with my shop $200 to pay off debt at food est. $200 for business licenses held in his name alone $250 for mechanical work on the Volvo in Phoenix $740 for "gas" (on tues May 11, the date he finally left) $1000 for nutritional supplements $1200 for a canon t2i Camera $60 for computer speakers $200 ipod $300 Garmin GPS $ $mental pain and suffering plus the original 'gift' = $10,000.00 ( in December 2009) (I will continue to add to the list as I remember all details) This, in addition to my purchasing all food (dining in and out) (apprx. $2500 a month) and rents (apprx. $2000 a month) and bills (apprx. $200 a month) At the time of the purchase of my 1998 Volvo wagon, we were sitting in the dealer office and it was happening so fast. The dealer wanted to put a name on the title and Richard looked at me and as he told me the vehicle would be intended for our business, I agreed to put both our names on the title. At this current time, I am asking for a dissolution to any common law marriage rights, a clean title in my name to both my Volvos, and Richard Sain's name off my residential and commercial leases, all keys returned to me, and a restraining order against him, prohibiting phone calls, emails and visits indefinitely. This letter in the first place , by listing Richard's personal phone number and address and referring to him as a "homosexual" as though it were a slur, and the marginal statement she makes that women are weak, violates the policies of Rip-Off Report and should be taken down on those merits alone.
This letter is written by his wife (who is not wealthy in the first place) during a split to defame Richard and also brings into it his mother by full name. He has been in a year long relationship (rocky as it were) and has found himself in over his head with a woman who is mentally unstable (by her own admission) and a user of the illicit drugs that she claims Richard uses.
The very posting of this report by Rip-off Report is libelous on several counts and takes advantage of both Mary and Richard. It does not take a psychiatrist or a judge to read this and understand, by it's incoherence, what is going on in the mind of it's author. Today is September 21, 2010 and I just spoke to Richard who is driving Mary from Seattle to her Father in Tampa Bay area where they will be seeking help for Mary. The very posting of this dirty laundry is indecent and serves only to harm two struggling individuals.
