You may be facing fines and lawsuits for your firm's and employee's actions. Or, maybe someone is telling employees to ignore these letters for about 10 days and keep harassing them anyway....maybe we will get lucky and get someone to write a check.
Every call you make to me is documented and reported to the Federal Trade Commission as violations of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. It is my hope that your firm is fined tens of thousands of dollars for all of the violations that your firm may be committing.

To clear the record,
I'm Joseph L Ormond, never have I reported to be an attorney, nor has R.J. Boudreau & Associates. I am not listed as an owner of R.J. Boudreau & Associates, due to the fact that I am not an attorney.
The writer is correct, I have been in the collection industry for over 25 years. We try very hard to be the problem solver vs the problem. No one likes to getting a letter from a collection agency or in this case a law firm and we understand that. If this party was mistreated in anyway by our office I would like to know.
