Rick Johnson's Auto & Tire SCAMMED ON A FLUID CHANGE ESTERO, Florida

I went into the Rick Johnsons to get a oil change and had my discount from a previous oil change for $10 off.I used this location before but had differant people working the desk.After telling him I wanted a oil change and to get my transmission fluid drained and replaced.I asked how much he gave me a price of 29.95 for transmission fluid O.K. ,go ahead and do it .I did ask him to repeat his questions several times as he was talking very low and not looking at me.He said sign her I did with out looking was there a price on it not that I was aware.

I am a woman and can hear no issues so I wait MY CARS DONE .My bill was $167. I said WHAT?? Double check that please theres a mistake it was just me and the  man at the counter.He said no mistake I said 167. for a oil change and you said 29.95 for my fluid change.I did not he said what you asked for a system flush.I never did I promise.I told him again I asked to have my fluid replaced only you quoted me 29.95  plus oil change .He burst out your a lier - what I am not  I said.I tryed to figure what was his problem asked again and he said I had enough your nothing but a lier.I am now very upset thinkin I want my keys this is crazy .I said give me my keys not until you pay.The manager came out sat down I asked where is the manager?He replyed I am  by now people came in he said talk at me not him while I was trying to explain .He again blurted out shes lieing through her teeth.I gave him my cc to get my keys and was hot upset and about to cry.He glared at me and laughed so I said your a son of a bitch.I am calling the police .I went home called the customer service who I think was MRS.JOHNSON in Naples he said I will look into it.Never called me back 2 days ago and they immediatly cashed my debit card.I was ripped off and embrassed he did not change the fiter on my transmission since they say they flushed the transmission and lexus said they could have done it for me for less if thats what I wanted.OMG that guy was a loser and if I was a man I would have punched him in the eye.Sorry but I have never been treated so badly .
