First, I feel very sorry for anyone who has purchased a home from this person.  There are too many instances and situations to describe. Plus, I won't list derogatory information about someone even if I have the facts because that won't prove anything.  I can't say anything nice about his character or business practices, but as a former employee, I will say this...  If you buy a house from him it will cost you more money than it should.  Stay away.  He has screwed over far too many people and trades when he filed bankruptcy protection. Then took off to North Carolina to rebuild a reputation which has been shattered in Michigan.  People within the industry know what he's ALL about. Don't let participating in the "Extreme Makeover Home Addition" fool you.  If you are looking for a reputable builder visit (((REDACTED))).com, (((REDACTED))).com, o(((REDACTED))).com.  It's worth your time to explore other options
