Ordered ATV online on Aug 20th. Charged my card twice and removed additional charge within about a week.

Received ATV quickly, but gas cap was damaged in shipment. Immediately filed title/MCO request and warranty claim.

Still have not received either (4+ months) despite multiple calls/emails to the company.  I am unable to ride this ATV in my home state until it is titled/registered.

Rarely got through to speak to a person, and when I did, was told they would be going out immediately.

They have never returned a phone message or email regarding this subject.

I have also had the same issues. Ordered mine 11/24/2012 and I have not been able to get in touch with the company to get a title. I also filled out the MCO request. They answered my email once saying the title was sent out, when it was not. Have you taken further action?
