Rielle Harris Cool Blue Talent, Cool Blue kids SCAM, Drug addict, drug daler, no acting experience, liar, and jailed her brother Las Vegas, Nevada

First of all I have worked with Rielle Harris  and she has extraordinary acting experience, just because she hasn't landed a major tv role does not mean she has great experience. Second to clear this up Rielle is not a drug dealer. I know for a fact that she is white and black but what does that have to do with any of this? It's kind of weird and rude for you to bring that up. Also you get paid when you get booked for people they send you out for. If you weren't booked from the people from fusion then you weren't what they were looking for or you just weren't good. I got great feedback from fusion and I'm going to meet up with an agent from LA. For those of you who don't know what fusion is, it's a talent search convention and agents and managers come out to search for new talent. Most of the time they're looking for something specific in a talent, and that's probably why you weren't booked. Last the picture you have of "Rielle" isn't her, but behind that lady is the cool blue talent agency. 

Who is this person? She's totally stalking these people from this company. She is obsessed with them!! I did even more research on this person and found this youtube video! Her nipples are hanging out the whold second half of the video and do you hear her husband? It feels like someone is pushing me in the back? Really? He looks cracked OUT!!!! Rielle has listed her name by three different names her mom did not give here. She told me her mother KIM Harris was a crook and hated me, and did not pay me for work on purpose. My name; GOD GIVEN, is Crystal Leigh Harris. When you get married you change your last name. I am sure this is foreign concept being raised in the environment you come from. I married Mr. Dana C. Featherstone  June 12th 2012 after seven years together.

I have never used a name that was not legally mine. Rielle Colors, Rielle is so hot, this is laughable. You have no busiess judging others with your short non-productive life. Your mother KIM HARRIS taught you to be decietful, and prey on parents and children's dreams. I have no secrets. Yet your company does. I was asked many times to write false good reports about Cool Blue Talent in the 5 years I worked there. Kim Harris asked me to lie about the property in the building so as not to pay taxes on that. You can find over 1000 people that have dealt with Kim Harris and the fake agent Victor Polk (advertises as a Las Vegas agent with no license) with the criminal drug and
domestic violence background that will attest to the false and shady business practices of Cool Blue Talent and Kim Harris. Below are honest and true facts witnessed by many people? (100s). I also know she teaches classes every week
disguised as workshops to avoid paying insurance and obtaining a license that is required to run a business that has children taking classes. I was not paid a w2 for 2010 and begged for one. I was told at 160 ever 2 weeks, she did not have to.

1. Models are told they cannot be paid for 30-60 days after doing a job. FACT: The agency is paid 3-4 weeks prior.

2. Kim Harris submits her own children before real talented kids when real good auditors come through.

3. Fact: Kim Harris does not pay employees that work for her; The list includes photographers, family members, acting coaches, and anyone that is not one of her bratty drug abusing children.

4. Fusion is a real gig yet, most will not land anything and when they tell you we are picking your kids because he/she is
great and has a really good chance that is usually a lie so Kim Harris can profit.

5. Rielle Harris is troubled girl who has no real experience as an actress, photographer, and singer. She is not qualified to
teach anyones children. Her name on a resume would mean nothing to a real AGENT/ DIRECTOR/and, OR FILM-CASTOR.

6. Many times I watched Kim Harris lie to parents and tell them their childrens checks from a commercial had not come in...When in fact they had weeks ago, and her excuse was --"I have to pay my bills first". FACT

7. Kim Harris has been filmed vandalizing her own nephews car in front of her business. This case is being brought to the LVPD.

This is not the actions of a compassionate woman by far.

8. Kim Harris tells models that his or her address is wrong in the data base and she needs to wait until the check comes back
before she will send it out again. (She sometimes never does).

9. There are over 30 complaints in the BBB for non-payment of clients on record. This is legal facts.

10. Victor D. Polk is a convicted drug dealer, car theft, and Crystal Meth user. Cool Blue is paying to keep under the table; he
has no license as an agent, and no real experience. FACT: Ashley, Rielle, and Victor can take a hair test and all would be found with narcotics (illegal) in their systems. Drugs are dealt from 2451 Avenida Cortes Henderson Nevada 89074.

My name is Crystal leigh Featherstone, and I know you cannot fathom having respect because you were brought up in devious behavior! It shows. You have no busines teaching children; for you are not acredited in anything. Your brother who has physically attacked me twice while under the influence of drugs and alcohol has represented himself as an agent and is not. You have slandered my name and I have only told the truth on this scam company of a business preying on peoples dreams. When you atack people beware to clean up your crap. for it may come. For girl; chickens come home to roost! COOL BLUE TALENT IS A SCAM! I HAVE NO LOVE FOR NONE OF YOU CRIMINALS! You vandalize family vehicles, you tore apart family relations, you scam models and actors, you have no real training as a photographer, your mother has illegal classes being taught daily, evades the IRS, the list goes on. Really? did you think stalking would help? Go to school and get clue crook before you end up like your mother and grandmother. Crooks.

Crystal Harris/Featherstone, Leigh or what ever she is going by these days is the reason I left Cool Blue Talent.  I don't know what is wrong with this person but she is so up and down and vindictive it's scary.  My Child was scared to death of this woman.  I believe that children can sense when a person isn't OK. The woman actually scared me on several occasions. I am convinced she believes her own lies. She lives in a constant state of drama. If there isn't any real drama happening I think she invents it. Honestly, unless someone is a personal friend, they don't want to walk into a business and hear all the drama going on in the "receptionists" life, or whatever her role was at Cool Blue. 

Crystal was always standing in front of the building smoking, which was very offensive to a lot of the parents.  We would mention it when waiting for our children to get out of class.  If someone wants to smoke or drink that is fine with me, but take it where there aren't clients coming in and out of the business, especially since there are many children there.  Most companies have places out of the public eye where their smoking employees can smoke.

I was very happy with the way my child was treated at Cool Blue by Kim Harris and other staff members who were always professional.  My child did a couple of local jobs through her and was paid in a timely manner. The classes that were attended there were informative and were not so expensive that the normal working family couldn't afford to take their child to them.  Cool Blue has a photographer on site if you want to have photos taken or you can go where you choose.  No one pressures you to take classes there or to use their photographers or other instructors.  It is simply offered. 

Some of Kim's relatives work there, which is a choice that is up to her since it is her business.  During the time I took my child to Cool Blue I never once saw any of her employees acting anything but professional (except Crystal) or like they were on drugs or any other mind altering substance. 

If my child is ever interested in returning to that type of activity I would go back to Cool Blue as long as the person mentioned wasn't employed there any longer.

I can't believe that you would say these things about the niece that you claimed you loved, not to mention the other niece and nephew you have totally alienated, over what???  Is it really worth it?  Stop with the nasty remarks Leigh, you are only hurting yourself by keeping this going.

Everyone that knows you and some that don't, know you are related to all the people at Cool Blue Talent and this is a personal matter.  It has nothing to do with their business or what goes on there.  It's pure and simple drama and untrue slander.
