Maybe my mistake was admitting this was my first home purchase! I found a "unit" that wasn't great, but was in my "affordable range".
immediately, the realtor had me sign some papers to get the paperwork going. She stated it wasn't the official paperwork, and they would have no problem getting me a "fixed rate", which I thought was great. They said they would make changes in the paperwork.
However, I needed to pay a 300$ inspection fee.
the day after I paid it, the realtor quit her job, and a new lady I had never met took over.
When my husband and I went down to the title office to sign the official paperwork, we were told we would have a fixed rate for about two years, and then it would be on an arm. This was something we didn't want, or agree to.
We never recieved ANY paperwork on the inspection, and were duped out of our 300$.
To this day, we have not recieved any of our money back, even though they had claimed we would recieve a refund. It has been 3 months!!!
They have given us the runaround since day 1, and we are just relieved that we weren't bilked for thousands of dollars!
But I guess that is how they get 300$ out of people, for doing absolutely nothing.

However, Buyer Beware!
Right Place Properties is not looking out for the consumers interests. But, they will tell you that they are!
I was never issued an apology for Right Place properties retaining my money so long, nor did I recieve any interest
on my money.
