Right Way ATV Sold me a defective scooter that has never been started but needs repairs before it can start Texasa Texas

I am a single mother tring to beat the rising gas prices so I decided to buy a scooter. I don't have the money to buy a name brand scooter so I ordered a scooter online. The scooter is exactly the one I wanted and it arrive far quicker than I expected. Well I put this scooter together and waited for the weather to warm so I could start riding it. Come the day to start the scooter and I got nothing. I made sure the battery was fully charged and everything. tried again and nothing. I was told that the fist time I should try to kickstart it from an article on the internet because the company was not open on Saturday. When I did finally got ahole of them the mechanic to me to buy starter fluid and spary it on the air filter. I did that and still got nothing. called them back up and they told me that the starter relay needs to be replaced. How in the hell can this happen if I never started the scooter!! The scooter has never been started. On top of all that I have to pay the mechanic to put it in. then when I told the company that they sold me a defective scooter he told me that he will not garentee that the scooter starts. So I said what are you a "Buyer Beware" company he said your absolutly right. Amazing. He also said that there is no warrenty on any vehicle that he sells. I saw online and was told several time before I bought this scooter that I would receive a 12 month warrenty. "Buyer Beware" Yes it states that there is assembly required and you may need a mechanic to help you put it together and yes just like every other vehicle repairs are necesary but I never that I would be repairing on a vehicle that I never even started and has no miles on it. Zero miles and already needs repairs??!!! And I have to pay for the repairs??!!! I never signed up for this.
