We bought a used truck from Jennifer (Liar in Chief) of Right Way Auto. The salesman assured us that it was a legit truck and had been owned by an older gentleman who traded it in for something that got better gas mileage. We had to put new tires on it,front wheel bearings,and brakes. Drove it all of maybe 2 months and now it needs transmission,power steering pump and a water pump. We also learned that the truck was in fact not traded in but was a bank repo and was to have been sold at AUCTION.
Jennifer has told a multitude of lies to us and our lending company and surprise,surprise, she has closed the lot in Branford and fired the salesman. We have reported her to the BBB and are in the process of taking her and her dealership to court. Our lending company has deferred payments as they also are aware that Jennifer is lying and fabracating stories about what has transpired.

You said you "reported" her to the BBB. What exactly do you expect will happen? They may have been the slimiest of car dealers around, but guess what? Are you under some assumption the BBB has some type of "power"? Are you aware the BBB is NOT part of federal government? The BBB is NOT part of state government! The BBB is NOT part of county government! The BBB is NOT part of city government! The BBB is NOT a department within your State's Attorney office! The BBB is NOT part of ANY government authorized and operated consumer affairs department!
The BBB has absolutely, positively Z-E-R-O powers to enforce, order, or direct ANYBODY to do ANYTHING! The BBB does NOT have law enforcement agents, cannot arrest them, you, me or anybody! In short, the BBB is absolutely NOTHING! The BBB has taken great pains to try to convince ("con" is a better word) the public they are some sort of law enforcement body which THEY ARE NOT! The BBB is nothing more than a sorry SCAM.
Anybody and I do mean ANYBODY can buy a membership from the BBB. Anybody, and I do mean ANYBODY can buy whatever PHONEY "accreditation" they want to buy. The BBB congame is exactly like those people who sell phoney diplomas and college degrees. What the BBB con-game will do is take the complaint and attempt to sell them their PHONEY accreditation. Any and every legitimate business person knows full well about the BBB con-game.
Many of us have been writing and publicizing the BBB SCAM for years and the slimeballs at the BBB don't have the guts to respond because they know they have no rebuttal. I urge you to go to YouTube and enter into the search engine "BBB Scam". It will tremendously enlighten you! Understand now, I am NOT belittling the problems you've had with this dealership. The Sleazy American Car Business is LOADED with scum such as this. When it comes to helping perpetuate fraud and deception on the American public, the BBB SCAM leads the way!
