Total scammers. They told me I needed to replace my 11 year old furnace with a $8700 new one after I already spent $1700 on a repair with them. They were very thorough with their explanation of the initial diagnosis and seemed nice until the return visit with a supervisor to inspect the work. Then they used scare tactics and good guy bad guy tactics as they told me we had excessive carbon monoxide levels in our house. So, I withheld my decision to replace it and turned off the furnace. After having the gas company out and two other HVAC companies, I was reassured that there was NOT a carbon monoxide leak and even if there were, a replacement furnace would only run between $3500-$4000 for the same furnace. I was furious after spending a week of cold nights with my four kids, scared and waiting for consensus among the additional companies. Absolute criminals.
