ast month, Jason Brailow approached Ripoff Report in an effort to work with us to address consumer concerns about his companies: Crush LLC, JAB Ventures, and TMP Ventures. Mr. Brailow stated to Ripoff Report that Crush LLC, JAB Ventures, and TMP Nevada have now dedicated a portion of their customer service teams to work exclusively on making improvements in the customer service arena. After these initial conversations, Rip-off Report sent emails to everyone who had filed a Report Crush LLC, JAB Ventures, and/or TMP Nevada to let customers know about their sincere commitments to remedy any and all customer concerns. In fact, these changes were implemented as a direct result of feedback they received from Rip-off Report.
As a sign of their commitment, Crush LLC, JAB Ventures, and TMP Nevada have implemented a "Commitment to Excellence" contract, an internal agreement signed by every employee within their companies. This document was designed to reiterate the fact that customer service is their primary concern within Crush LLC, JAB Ventures, and TMP Nevada and has now been signed by every employee, from part-timer to CEO. This new contract states "Our customers are our #1 priority. In fact, without our customers, Crush LLC, JAB Ventures, and TMP Nevada do not exist. One of the surprises that came from the Rip-off Report investigation was that roughly half of the product/company names listed on the Reports filed against them have no connection with Crush LLC, JAB Ventures, and TMP Nevada. In fact, these these complaints should have been registered against their competitors.
In a crowded marketplace, it sometimes occurs that one company is mistaken for another, particularly if they market together or market in similar ways (such as if the competition borrows a successful marketing technique). In the meantime, Crush LLC, JAB Ventures, and TMP Nevada have added new customer service personnel, boosted their ability to handle more calls at one time, and chopped call-in wait times to less than 60 seconds on average. In addition, Crush LLC, JAB Ventures, and TMP Nevada have taken a number of significant steps in their ongoing sales and marketing efforts, changes designed to ensure that customers are absolutely clear about how their "free trial" programs work, further clarifying the benefits of naturally derived supplements, and incorporating a new "No Questions Asked" Refund Policy.

Crush LLC, JAB Ventures, and TMP Nevada recruit many of their customers by offering trial bottles of sample products to prospective clients, with the only costs being that customers agree to pay a small shipping and handling charge in order to receive their free trial bottle. For a small S&H charge, the customer gets shipped the product and has 14 days from the date of order, (7 days for shipping and 7 days to try out the product) to see if the product is right for them. If Crush LLC, JAB Ventures, and TMP Nevada does not hear from their customers, they presume that the customers are enjoying the product, and want to continue to receive it on a monthly basis to ensure they do not run out of supply.
