As a matter of policy, when Rip-off Report is retained by a company to mount an independent investigation and to publish our findings, we examine the truthfulness of the consumer complaints using every bit of information at our disposal. Dean Graziosi, and Dean Enterprises, LLC approached Rip-Off Report last month with the express purpose of resolving consumer concerns posted on Rip-off Report. After a recent mailing to everyone who filed a Rip-off Report, it became apparent that Dean Graziosi is sincere in his commitment to remedy any and all customer concerns. Graziosi stated to Rip-off Report, that Dean Enterprises, LLC has now dedicated a portion of their customer service team to work exclusively on making improvements in the customer service arena. These changes were implemented as a direct result of feedback they received from Rip-off Report.
As a sign of their commitment, Dean Enterprises, told Rip-off Report that they recently had every employee sign a "Commitment to Excellence " contract. This document, between Dean Enterprises, LLC and its employees, was designed to reiterate the fact that customer service is their primary concern. This contract states "Without our clients Dean Enterprises, LLC does not exist, therefore our clients are our #1 priority and I as an employee will go above and beyond our client's expectation in the pursuit of excellence in every aspect of the business". An executive told Rip-off Report that every employee signed this contract from the CEO down to part time employees.

Company executives also stated that over that last few months they have streamlined their directory assistance branch of the customer service department in an effort to eliminate dropped calls or unusually long hold times. In addition, Dean Enterprises, LLC has added new processes that allow them to better serve clients from all across country.

Dean Enterprises, is managing issues when they arise and proactively looking for ways to decrease possible misunderstandings in the future through added employee incentives, instituting high standards for sales executives, adding extensive quality assurance measures, implementing workforce management and increasing training.
Dean Enterprises has found that the main reason they lose clients is because of the failure of the clients to actually put forth an effort. They may think ordering the book, or course will magically bring money into their hands without effort. Another common mistake is a customer will judge the informationbased on what they THINK it should be like, rather than admit that they just aren't willing to do anything to change their situation. Once the client sees their future wealth accumulation requires comittment and action, albiet small, their first impulse is to complain, or judge that they are being taken advantage of, then cut their relationship with Dean Enterprises, thinking it will save them money. The only problem is that they are not likley to do anything on their own, and have given up based on opinion, not data. The data shows that students of Dean Grazisosi that take action, get results.
