1) After investigation we can confirm that Fresh-O-Matic has offices and a warehouse with inventory. The claim that there "is no warehouse" is ludicrous for a company who has been in business since 1986.
2) Fresh-O-Matic invites actual distributors to join them at trade shows to discuss their personal experience after starting with Fresh-O-Matic. These distributors own machines and have received support from Fresh-O-Matic which they credit to their ultimate success. The allegation in the false complaint that these people at the trade shows are "fakes" is preposterous and defamatory not to mention fraudulent. Fresh-O-Matic has been a law abiding company since 1986. After investigation by Rip-off Report we wish to report that this allegation is totally false...and yes, people write false allegations all the time all over the Internet for many unknown reasons.

In a complaint it was said...,"So again go to their head office and talk to the people inside and you will find out how clueless they are regarding the vending industry current situation." After thorough investigation it has been discovered that this complaint is not from a real customer.
