Arise Virtual Solutions approached RipOff Report last month with the express purpose of resolving some issues posted on Ripoff Report. Arise Virtual Solutions noticed that there were a number complaints posted about their firm that were filed by individuals who often times did not understand the business to business relationship or had their Statements of Work Terminated due to performance issues and used the internet to voice their unhappiness jeopardizing thousands of agents that are currently contracted with Arise. Arise has always held the position that they would go to any extent to deal with VSCs/ACPs (a.k.a agents) complaints and to bring them to a satisfactory conclusion. After much research they determined that the complaints were filed individuals that did not understand either the process, the business model or the risk of being involved in a contract.. After a recent mailing to everyone who filed a Ripoff Report, it became apparent from the response that Arise is correct in their determination, that the complaints were mostly misconceptions about the business. They also have a sincere commitment to remedy any and all agent concerns and/or misconceptions.
