Chandler Hill Partners contacted Rip-off Report with a strong desire to resolve any complaints on this site and to set the record straight.. Here is a statement by Sarah Hill to Rip-off Report ...and we only hope other businesses would behave similarly: "ED, we know that we are not perfect and we acknowledge freely that we will never be able to please absolutely everyone who comes to us; that doesn't mean we do not do everything within our power to do so, that we don't care, or that we don't also recognize our clients are not perfect either. We also recognize that lives change and decisions made one day are not necessarily appropriate for the next day's challenges - When this happens we have policies in place that are designed to represent the best interest of both the client and Chandler Hill Partners. We ask only that as we respect our client's integrity, confidentiality, and personal rights, so should they respect the company similarly and give us the opportunity to resolve their issues first. And further that they do so in a civil and professional manner, void of threats and false accusations. When a client request that his or her agreement be terminated, the client will be responded to immediately, and we will work with that client to come to a resolution that is satisfactory to that client."
Just about one year ago, the President of the company, contacted Rip-off Report. Unlike others in the same business, Chandler Hill never threatened us with a lawsuit or with bodily harm. Yes, even bodily harm. Rip-off Report has been threatened with bodily harm by one company in this very same business.
Unbeknownst to Chandler Hill, when consumers would call Rip-off Report requesting recommendations for career development businesses, I confidentially recommended her business, and no, Chandler Hill had never paid us a dime. I recommended Chandler Hill to people because I understood her unique refund policy way back then, and told those who contacted us to let me know if they had any problems... I also told them, as we do all consumers, that it would not hurt to mention they knew they were listed on Rip-off Report, but were willing to give them a try.. NOT ONCE have I heard back from more than 20 people I "guesstimate" I have spoken with over the last year to whom I recommended Chandler Hill Partners.
Ms. Hightower recently stated again, she knew she could not satisfy 100% of her clients and that is why they have made even more changes over and above their liberal Adjustment policy.

Chandler Hill Partners has shared their Client Satisfaction Guarantee with Rip-off Report and has confirmed their continued efforts and commitment to customer satisfaction and a strong desire to deliver quality services. This would naturally scare the pants off any competitors who weren't as committed to their clients as Chandler Hill Partners.
We also examined the customer testimonials on their website. We requested this information for this type of business specifically, because we know from recent competitor employee inside information. Many of their competitor companies post bogus testimonials on their company website and make that as a condition of their continued service. In the middle of their services, many of the competitors force their client to sign a pre-written customer satisfaction statement. After more than 3 weeks of investigation, Rip-off Report has determined that the testimonials in email and on Chandler Hill Partners' website are authentic and include only glowing comments about their satisfaction were expressed by bona fide clients.
Here is what Rip-off Report has learned over the last several weeks of investigation.
After a thorough investigation into the Reports filed, Rip-off Report has found nothing to suggest that Chandler Hill Partners is anything other than a legitimate operation and in almost all cases has been the victim of competitors, posing as clients, trying to hurt their reputation. This is not the norm for Rip-off Report. Most Reports filed, according to Government Authorities and the Media users say that the contact data for Rip-off Report victims always check out. Like lawsuits, there will always be people filing bogus and frivolous lawsuits, meant to harrass..
On or about March 15, 2006 Rip-off Report emailed all those who filed a Rip-off Report about Chandler Hill Partners, urging them to contact us so we can get their issue resolved. Only 2 consumers replied and stated that their issues were completely resolved.
RIP-OFF REPORT CONCLUDES CHANDLER HILL PARTNERS IS NOT A RIP-OFF! ...JUST VICTIMS OF COMPETITORS UNFAIR ATTACKS WITH DOZENS OF REPORTS FILED AGAINST THEM..Rip-off Report cannot ever guarantee any product or service, and we can only report to you what we find, to help you get a better understanding of the company or individual we are investigating.
That being said, the conclusion Rip-off Report came to after our investigation, to the best of our knowledge, is that this company was not scamming; or ripping off its customers but instead, they were the victims of a competitors' conspiracy to destroy their reputation because they were afraid of a company delivering the kinds of services they can only promise. Since they realize not everyone can be satisfied with every product or service, we find that Chandler Hill Partners has a unique and very fair adjustment policy. Chandler is not only comprised of wise business people, but also seem to have a habit of not promising what they cannot deliver and further seem to deliver more than they promised... a philosophy shared by Rip-off Report.. "Always give more than promised."
Companies doing things right will usually have to face negative campaigns, which employ smearing and backstabbing from companies who don't deliver. Our information leads us to conclude this after we found that almost all the postings regarding Chandler Hill Partners were very suspicious; mostly attacking the consulting process and describing services the poster couldn't know since they never became a client. The bogus reports clearly are targeted at hurting Chandler, accusing them of not helping clients. At least one competitor has been identified as the author of several Rip-off Reports targeting Chandler.
Chandler Hill Partners has been in career services for many years, and I don't think it's a coincidence that someone is trying to accuse Chandler Hill Partners of the exact same things companies in the same line of business are actually doing and trying to tie them to other unscrupulous organizations these same companies have ties with. It is our opinion; the competitor companies are behind most of the problem, while Chandler Hill Partners is doing things properly.
