Rising Star Learning Credit Card Scam, Be Aware! Boulder Colorado

I was wrongfully sent two boxes of childrens math learning CD's I did not order.

I did not open box. There was no contact number on items. I googled it online and called Rising Star Learning and explained I was sending items back.

They stated I would only be credited one item but charged $79 for the other. They sounded as if I was lying to them and argued I must have ordered them. I explained I"m 45, no kids and well proficient in math. They still made it sound as if I was the crook.

Also, supervisor Aaron refused to give me the owners name. Other employees Denise and Rob also appear to be in on the scam as they give very little information and appear very suspicious and careful.
