Completely stunned on how this school operates with a clear head. Clients must pay up front (monthly) for tuition, so they get paid even though you won't and i mean WON'T get what you paid for.
Repeated cancellations of classes due to any circumstance caused missed instruction and limited learning. Make-up classes are offerred but with a different teacher and different children, different routine, therefore ultimately causing confusion to the child. You pay for an entire semester and lose half due to cancelled classes.
There were no refunds are discounted rates offerred to the customers due to the cancelled classes.
Studio owner was very dismissive when these issues were brought up to her attention and basically in so many words, "if u don't like it, then you can leave."
They are completely inconsiderate to their customers and have a very rude and "matter of fact, well too bad approach" to any of their customers concerns.
In all the businesses i have ever done business with, this has to be the worst display of costumer service i have ever encountered.
