I cannot begin to explain how horrible this company is. We were told that the plumber would call 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He never did, and proceeded to tell me when he showed up all about how for the prior call he did call ahead, and it was his buddy from high school, and how he felt about that. That's fine, I didn't think twice about it at the time, but it was just the beginning of my glimpse into how unprofessional and inconsiderate this company is.

I showed the technician who came that our toilet was wobbling, and said that I thought the tile was uneven under the toilet. I also told him how the last plumber that came (I believe from the same company, but I haven't looked for that receipt yet) broke the toilet when he tightened it down last time. I didn't even think to relay how the previous plumber said he'd be back the next day, and when we called a couple days later, they said he had never rescheduled the appointment.

Well, the guy that came this time didn't check for level, and didn't shim, so he broke the toilet when he tightened the bolts down. He said he would be back the next day (another day where someone would have to not go to work and stay home waiting for him) Because I'm a trusting fool I said ok, believing that he would come. I didn't think to ask why he couldn't go get one right away, being that the company had given him a 4 hour window to show up,

which he came around the first hour of, and had only been working for about an hour (including time to go to Home Depot to purchase a cement product, because one of the bolts attached to the flange plate had come loose and instead of replacing it, he wanted to jury rig it.) The repair was being paid for by the home warranty company, and I can only imagine that they are told to do the repair for as cheap as possible even if it means the repair is not done well.

So, yes, once again the plumber did not show up the next day. We called and left a message. and received no callback. I finally was able to call and speak to someone two days later, and they tell me that the technician scheduled the repair for the next Monday, 4 days after this guy broke our toilet, not Friday like he told us. I told them that I needed someone immediately, because our toilet was broken, and unusable (It wasn't even hooked up.) They said that the guy wasn't working until Monday, and that they could only get the toilet from a specific supply facility that wasn't open on weekends. They refused to take responsibility, and refused to get a toilet from any other supplier to have someone else come and replace it sooner.
