Complaint Review: Rite Aid
Rite AidFlanders Road East Lyme, Connecticut United States of America
Rite Aid Missing Medications, they say they filled but are lying. East Lyme, Connecticut
When we asked, we were told that the prescription never came to them from the doctor's office. We put in a call to the doctor's office and asked them to please send the prescription, as Rite Aid said they didn't receive it. When we called again, we were told that our doctor's office was having problems with the psychiatric doctors, as in several quit, but no other information was given about the medication.
After three weeks of waiting, because they are understaffed, we finally went down to the doctor's office and asked what was the problem with refilling this anti-anxiety medication. The receptionist told us, the prescription was sent to Rite Aid, according to the records. The receptionist then called Rite Aid, and Rite Aid told her it was filled.
This is not the first time this has happened. Now my partner cannot get her medication because Rite Aid insists they filled it, and the doctor's office believes them. Rite Aid, you need to investigate this, because your loyal customers are being ripped off, your employees are stealing medications from us.
