Ritz-Craft delivered our home in July 2012. This is December 2012 and our home is still not completed. I called Ritzcraft and Al stated that his company just supplied the home and the builder is responsable for the rest. Well the builder in a sense works for Ritzcraft because they use them to order and set up the delivery. I am disappointed with Ritz-Craft for not considering our home important and I will never use them again nor will I suggest their company to anyone. As far as the builder goes, She has lied on several ocassions and did not order everything we wanted. She did not stay around and inspect the contractors therefore some of the plans for our home were not right. The builders company name is Innovative Homes out of Joplin MO

An apology I give to Ritz-craft and Innovative homes for reporting this issue on rip-off .com. I was a little impatient and was venting. I should not have said that anyone lied because I now understand the reasoning for the delay on our home. I am very satisfied with a Ritz-craft Home which is built well and tight. As far as Innovative homes is concerned I realize that she has done her part and any problems that I have with the home will be taken care of. I was very impatient and I am sorry for even placing this online. I wish they would let me remove it but the rules say no. By chatting with Innovative Home today, I know my house will be completed soon. The builder has gone beyond what was expected and again I opologize that this report was submitted. Ritz-Craft has beautiful Homes and Innovative Homes does a great job at setting them.
