They are angry at their little lives of nothingness. These sad souls deserve your pity, as they are so lonely, so depressed and so emotionally unstable that all they do is monitor internet message boards. So, let's not laugh at these poor little men and women. Let us understand their frustration. They have no life. They have no loved ones. They would rather lurk here than enjoy a nice day. Of course, they sometimes band together. Five or six even created an "association" so that they could meet in secret and whine together. Pity them... for they are truly sad.
Bottom line- you pay your rent (on time), you disclose (and pay for) your pet, and you'll have no problems.
