I was rushed through a purchase and promised specific prices and specific rates which I did not receive. The vehicle I purchased and took a loan against was 3 thousand miles away from a warranty ending and had a known condition that Nissan publishes a warranty extension regarding. This information was withheld. They ran my credit report over ten times without my consent long term affecting my credit score. I was rushed through the signing of the final agreement (which i was not aware was the final agreement) which included over $2k in hidden fees added to the loan principal. I only learned this when I made my first loan payment. When I went in to question the fees, I was told "too bad, you signed the papers". I would have been happy with a few oil changes!

You stated you rushed thru the signing and certain fees and charges were discovered (KEYWORD) "AFTER" you signed the paperwork. You said there was some sort of problem in which the manufacturer extended the warranty but the dealer didn't tell you. So then, lets examine this, shall we? Since you apparently knew about this problem, why did you buy the car? Better yet is the proliferation of statements in which you blame the dealer for what YOU did! When you sign the contract, who are you obligating to the terms and conditions of that contract? Who??? Y-O-U!!! Since YOU are obligating YOU to those terms, do you think the smart thing to do is for YOU to read that contract BEFORE you sign it??? "They ruished me" is pure BS. Its YOUR a** on the line so YOU take the time to see what you are signing and understand what you are signing BEFORE you sign it! Come on...that's just common sense! What they were doing is rush you and hoping you would simply sign away without reading anything. Guess what...YOU went along perfectly with the plan! So blame them all you wish however the bottom line is YOU failed to be a smart consumer and read what you were signing! And no, I don't work for them.
