Sells notebook mother boards Ebay that are defective and makes excuses not to repair.
I purchased the board and replaced it. Notified RnR that it was having the same issues. They said we could send the entire notebook to them to look at but that the boards bios probably needed to update since it was a new board. The issue continued to do the same as it was before until the screen is completly out again.
I contacted them and they are telling me that it is beyond their warranty period. Although when I purchased the board the listing stated 6 month warranty on the board. Now they have updated all of their listings to only be 60 days.
They are requesting me to contact Toshiba to get the issue fixed since its beyond their so called warranty period and not their problem now. After making calls to licensing offices in NYC they have no records of the company operating.
